Terrible hotel conditions
The traveled with 5 people, reserved a room with two double beds and when we checked in they only had a king bed and had no other rooms available because they overbooked themselves. We had just driven 6 hours in pouring rain so we were highly disappointed to hear this at 11pm when we arrived. When we entered the room, there was visible water damage and unsafe living conditions and the room was 86 degrees an musty. There was also a de-humidifier outside of the door proving they were trying to fix the problem. We switched rooms and were put in the last room next to a complete renovation of multiple rooms so there was loud music from construction workers at 7am, banging, dust and completely inappropriate conditions. We also were not aware the some of the amenities, like the workout room would be unavailable because there was leaking from the ceiling. There were also dehumidifiers everywhere in the hotel and obvious water damage in the rooms making the living conditions hazardous. The hotel moved us to a third room on our next day but again we only had one king bed and a pull out couch so my daughter had to sleep on the floor/. The hotel was unable to compensate us and said we had to bring it up with you all. We would appreciate a refund because this was a terrible weekend. I usually book through hotels.com but if it’s going to be a hassle to resolve this situation, I will not be booking in this way in the future

Greatly disappointed of this stay.
Stayed for surgery the next day. Asked for a room by the elevator due to two handicap members. Got suite 202. It was way at the other end of the elevator. The room had a dishwasher. it was marked clean dishes. My Dad got a glass out of there and used it. After I went to grab a glass, and the silverware and pans in there had hard dried food on them. Very disturbing . The phones in the room were nonfunctional as well. Terrible situation with 2 handicapped family members. Greatly disappointed of this stay.

Honestly disappointed.
Hotel room was recently renovated but had multiple issues- refrigerator door seal was broken and it didn’t shut properly, found dirty dishes under the kitchen sink when we went to our room, the tv had an antenna box plugged into the wrong ports and thankfully my husband was able to fix it when hotel staff couldn’t, the bathroom looked disgusting under UV light, the shower door leaked water all over the bathroom floor, and the hot tub next to the indoor pool wasn’t hot at all. Also housekeeping left laundry and garbage in the hall outside of our room when they left for the day. Free breakfast was good, hotel staff was very polite and helpful, and free delivery from Grubhub was a nice perk. Also hotel staff couldn’t get into the room we originally booked for some reason so we were switched to another room when we arrived.

HORRID
The hotel is under total renovation. There is sawdust everywhere. There are food crumbs everywhere. The elevator is all taped up to prevent it from getting scratched from something or another and the current beds and the couch sag so badly that you could almost see the frame bad bad bad do not go there till they’re done renovating.

Not worth the stay
I wish they let you know about construction happening. The room directly above us was having work done. Great to see then fixing it up but my migraines are beyond terrible and thanks to all the noise and vibrations, I've had one all day. Plus, the hot tub was barely timid. Another couple even asked us if it was finally warm. It wasnt. Elevators were ducktaped.

Room was dirty. Please see pictures if I could have afforded to go to another hotel I would have. Spilled stuff on night stand tv hanging off by screws. Ottoman had food on it. Drawer had a bug inside bed wasn’t made right it was just thrown on long black hair in bed. Just dirty

Not what I expected for Carmel!
Overall, poor. Great bed and pillows. Extra blanket in the closet. Heat wouldn’t stay above 66 in the room for longer than an hour and it reset. Lots of duct tape in the elevator, that wasn’t reassuring. Construction pods all around the property, no mention on site. Pool was warmer than hot tub, and it was COLD! Bathroom right across from the bed so no way someone could sleep while someone else was getting ready. I’d asked for two beds, we got one. Breakfast wasn’t open until 7, 5 people waiting in the seating area, we had to leave for an event and therefore bought our own breakfast.

Not the best
Went to put out the bath mat and dirty toilet paper fell out and it took us asking twice to get replacements. Dishes were still in the dishwasher and the floor was not vacuumed. Went to get into the indoor heated pool and hot tub and they were cold. There was a screaming child and man beside us throughout the night. It was definitely not worth what we paid for it.

I was very disappointed in the shower temperature and the shower pressure. No Hilton should have a shower that is only lukewarm at best and such low pressure. I expect much more from Hilton or even a lower end hotel. The room itself was very nicely appointed, smelled a little odd, but everything seemed to be very clean- Very stylish room as far as the decor goes. But I will not stay at this hotel again and I will not recommend due to the very uncomfortable shower.

It was okay.
We drove three hours with theee children under 7 and we were greeted with a “sorry we don’t have water. We can cancel for you if you’d like.” There was no way I was canceling so we managed but not able to take a hot shower after the pool was pretty uncomfortable. The woman the next morning did compensate us for the inconvenience so all in all it could’ve beeen worse.
