My experience was ok. Check-In process was ok. The room deposit of $100 was unexpectedly. My room was ok. I checked in on Friday night June 20th, the next day my family and I was going to enjoy the “inside pool” only to find out that day; not at check in, that the pool wasn’t open. This should have been something explained on the website and/or at check-in. The gentleman that checked me in didn’t even give details of the property. As a former Hilton employee, that is very vital for the guest. When I addressed front desk about the pool situation, she got smart about it saying yes everyone is complaining about the pool. I asked if the renovations was posted on the website, she said it was but they took it down a few weeks ago. To me, that would have meant the pool was operable or a discount should have been rendered to the guest for the inconvenience. I only booked this property because it said it had a pool. Also, on Saturday night, I had to call front desk twice due to noise from the room directly above me; that was very frustrating and annoying. Sunday morning as my family and I was getting dressed, housekeeping opened the door to come in without knocking to see if we were gone.
