I had a great experience during the check in process the woman went above and beyond to help me. However during night shift I had called to get some clean blankets and sheets due to the current ones being dirty with hair and food crumbs not from us. Advised he didn’t have any that house keeping wasn’t there. So no new sheets for us. Ended up checking out after 12 hours due to slamming doors and extremely loud people in the parking lot drinking and not being able to sleep comfortably in bed knowing the sheets had not been changed.

Run away!!!!
Just run away from this hotel. This is a ghetto motel. Super dirty and sketchy. Pay a few dollars more and sleep without the fear of getting robbed.

The room was clean and newly renovated but the tv did not work, there was no coffee maker or microwave, one of the plugs next to the bed did not work.

Told “we have no room for you”
We were greeted with .. “I don’t have you on my list of arrivals.”
As I searched through my emails - he found me reservation. He indicated - it was made on Expedia and it was not sent over to their system.
I was told to call Expedia. I tried to find a phone number - but had no luck.
He found a co-worker. She explained it wasn’t a problem. She left.
He struggled, but gave us a key. I never provided a credit card or ID. Not sure if I will be charged or not.
I believe the hotel has recently been renovated. Rooms were fine - but the outside area was lit up brightly all night. The curtain didn’t keep out the light.
We survived. Only 1 night- but I wouldn’t return.
