Communication was excellent before we checked in. After we checked in not so much. We had a few requests that we were told would be no problem but these requests never happened . I don't mind not seeing hotel employees when staying at a hotel but not when requests are not met.

Localização privilegiada. Vista para o Chateu Frontenac. Quarto limpo e muito agradável. Parecia que eu estava num chalé na montanha de tão aconchegante. Não há recepção e abertura da porta e por link, então sempre tenha carga de bateria no celular. Cafeteira Nespresso com cápsulas a disposição, mini geladeira. Poltrona para descanso com apoio para os pés. Mesa e cadeira de escritório. Amenidades e muito conforto para o que se esperava. Recomendo fortemente esta hospedagem.

Perfect Location

If you are physically able to carry your own bags up stairs by yourself... This is the perfect hotel for you. It is right in the middle of old Quebec walking distance to everything..the room was large and clean. We loved this hotel and would comeback if we traveled to Quebec again. Thanks

It was okay. When we got to our room, the little kitchen area and adjoining rug had a lot of water on it as the regular air conditioner was broken. They had a different kind of air conditioner that basically poured water into the rest of the place. The young man who cleaned it up was very nice and responsive. Also, please note that there is no elevator so if you have heavy luggage, you’re gonna have to climb stairs.

Solid Spot for a Weekend Getaway in QC

My wife and I had a pretty good stay here for a weekend away in QC; There were definitely a few things that can be improved upon, but first the things we liked: - Perfectly located in central old Quebec City; Old Quebec City is very busy during the day with tourists but gets VERY quiet after 10PM which is ideal for rest and sleep; - Our room (#7) was very clean with a rustic / quirky decor we really liked; - Self Check-In was easy and while we did not need any assistance, we had a sense the staff were ready to assist us anytime if we had any questions or concerns; A few things could definitely have improved our stay as well: - The bed and bedding were not particularly comfortable on our room - even for me, who prefers a firmer mattress, I was walking up stiff and uncomfortable; This would be the number one thing that would have brought our stay closer to 5 stars; - The room has a beautiful bath tub, but we couldn't figure out how to operate it - not a big deal, but it's definitely a cool feature that seems under-utilized - While the room was immaculate where it mattered, it is carpeted with a carpet that was stained / ready for replacement - we though it odd that the room was so well curated save for this one item; Overall, would stay again - provided they update the beds/bedding

Quirky room. No elevator. Shower without a door, only a curtain. No iron available even on asking twice in 2 days. Staff started knocking on our door to check out, 45 minutes before the checkout time.

Il m'a fallu monter 3 étages avec ma valise de voyage. Aucun préposé sur place, il fallait communiquer avec un employé à Thetford Mines pour régler des problèmes comme le malfonctionnement du système de clé électronique. Allez ailleurs, là où ils ont au moins des ascenseurs.

Great location for walking the area. We would definitely stay here again. Just be aware when you're checking in that there's two flights of stairs; one leading to suites 1-9 and the other to the higher numbered suites. We weren't paying close enough attention.

Great location. There are no receptionist at the hotel. Room was dirty. Smelly bathroom. The AC didn’t work, so they installed a temporary AC that took one of the windows and room we could use.

Location of hotel was perfect, the room needed some work. Carpet was wet in spots and stained. Mattress was a little saggy in middle. Bathroom lighting was orange. The door did not lock and there were lots of excuses. 24 hour to fix it. Could use a few more hangars

Charming and great location with a few issues.

Great food In connecting restaurants. Room had considerable charm but we would have appreciated black out shades. Shower was complicated and we only could get hot water. Instructions would have been helpful.
