Came down for a holiday getaway and had a nice time. Room was great and staff attentive

Very disappointed 😞
The tub was dirty on arrival. Someone came up immediately and cleaned bath tub. Also changed bed spread dust & hair on bed spread. The refrigerator had a smell that we didn't smell till we went to open. I usually stay in Hilton on vocations. But very disappointed.😕

Disappointed
I have been to this Hilton on numerous occasions and it has always been fantastic. This time not so much. First night was awakened to a woman screaming and crying in the front of her door. Tried to call the front desk. Finally after 10 minutes and 5 calls later someone answered the phone this all happened at 5:30am. Fast forward to 8:30am her father was knocking on her door LOUDLY. I will say James from the front desk did call me later in the morning and apologized for the craziness. 3 days later I was checking out and the valet went to get my car once I got my car I was about to drive off when my hand touched something strange in the steering wheel. The leather on the steering wheel had been torn as if it had be caught on something. It wasn’t that way when I got out of it the night before. The valet who brought my car to me was very helpful, he got his supervisor who seemed to be annoyed that I was even bringing it up, said I could fill out and that he would get security. After waiting 15 minutes I had to go no security to be found.
I am very disappointed with this stay I know the staff has no control over how people act but should it have taken 10 minutes and 5 calls to get someone to answer at the front desk?
Still haven’t heard from management regarding my steering wheel.
