This is not representative of what I expected of a Hilton. The hardware is decent but the software is terrible. The hotel logistics was a mess, design and layout poor, service mediocre at best. Examples include the very very infrequent cars that travel between your hotel room and the main lobby where most of the facilities and restaurants were. Toilets in the common area were extremely dirty with pee on the toilet seat at most times. Although it was all inclusive, they do not serve alcoholic drinks past 12am. Worst was, one of the nights the wifi stopped and guests had to pay for data.

The team really did their best to provide a great service, we were in casa 6, of waiting time for the shuttle and arrive. The last day they had s conference, so very crowded. ALSO very average food at the restaurant. Always cold food, by the time the food came out was room temperature or cold.

We had the unfortunate experience of temporarily misplacing our baby stroller, and Ángel at the lobby kindly assisted us in locating it in the lost-and-found area. His help was truly appreciated. All the staff were very attentive, and the food was excellent. Highly recommended.

Great staff, this hotel really redefined my view on all inclusive resorts, the food was incredible, the facilities are brand new, great for kids, lots of pools, just an amazing stay and property. Highly recommend this to anyone. My only complain would be the motor lobby, its sooo tight, lots of traffic and very difficult to get in and out

Restaurants and their services at nights were great. However, you must book them when you check in. Breakfast and lunch were average and worse than the hotels in Cancun. I stayed in Cancun all inclusive at Riu Cancun and its breakfast and lunch were much better. There were several raccoons in the resort, particularly outside the main building, they were sometimes aggressive at nights when they search and need food. For people who are not accustomed to raccoons, the experience is not fun. One night one raccoon attacked another one because a customer fed them and they could not share the food. Hotel needs to find a solution for these raccoons, they appeared unpredictable timed at nights and if you are with food, you are in trouble, some customers felt scared when they encounter them. Reception staff must be more welcoming and smiling, some of them seemed unhappy and tried to help in a minimal way.

Nice hotel with bad service.

The hotel is not at Tulum, it is 15 minutes away by car at Chemuyil. -The beach is full of rocks and sargasso. -Two restaurants were closed for renovations, other was only for Enclave members !! -Bicycles are only used for visiting the SPA and the Conrad hotel with a guide, helmet and safety vest. -The pool towels are collected 5 pm, so if you want to swim later there are no towels ! - The beach has no service staff.

amazing experience. food was amazing. sun was amazing. plenty of pools and Buffetts and experiences. only downside (if you're looking to party), is that it is usually filled with kids and families, and theres only one adult only pool.

This was our second stay at Hilton Tulum and it didn’t disappoint. The hotel is super clean and feels very safe. The pools are great it’s plenty of activities for the kids and the food options are plenty.

The food and staff are great. Need privacy in bathroom doors with frosted glass. You can see through it and privacy is lacking. no hot water at times and other times it’s only cold water. Also issue with pests. Raccoons and iguanas seem to rule the place. Spoke to staff about it and they told us they’re a protect animal. Understand that but you’re going to have a resort full of raccoons and iguanas instead of tourists.

A stunning hotel with fantastic bay views! We loved the plentiful sunbeds by the pool and the dining options and food quality were brilliant. Our only issue was the hot water, which failed on a few occasions, requiring a call to reception each time.

I was really disappointed with the dining setup. They told us that only one restaurant was buffet-style and available without restrictions, while all the others required reservations—which were rarely available. Since it was advertised as all-inclusive, I expected to have access to all the restaurants, not just one. It felt misleading and very frustrating

We had such an amazing family experience with my 2.5 year old for an entire week stay! The food was amazing and the staff was even better. We used the shuttle service that the hotel offers and we were pleasantly surprised with a car seat waiting for our travel to the resort. Once we arrived check-in is very easy, leave a card on file if you are looking to charge your room during dining experienced and beverage upgrades, otherwise no card is required during your stay. There is a bit of a learning curve the first day if you are not fluent in Spanish to get the initial layout and hours of dining but past the first day it’s a smooth vacation. You will need to book dinner reservations with concierge and they recommend doing that as soon as you can to book your preferred restaurant. The Conrad Spa was THE BEST EXPERIENCE! I arrived an hour early prior to my service and enjoyed a steam room, sauna and cold plunge before my massage and facial. Our only feedback is surrounding our toddler, if there can be nuggets, quesadillas and/or pizza for lunch options as the nuggets seemed to be first come first serve. Lastly my husband suggested a smoothie bar that provides protein shakes as he used the 24 hour gym every day during our stay. Overall 10/10 would recommend. We truly felt like it was a staycation where we could relax and enjoy all the resort had to offer ! Thank you so much to all of the staff for making us feel welcome during every encounter!
