I thought the hotel was very well run and the employees were very pleasant and respectful. The room was nice and clean and larger than many that we stayed at on our trip.

The hotel was great because located at hammersmith tube station. Ideal to get around. The staff was very friendly and helpful, highly recommend this hotel!

Great location so close to Hammersmith tube stations. Lots of pubs and restaurants close by. Our room had a few bits on the floor. Needed to be vacuumed a bit better. Air conditioning was good once I got it working well. Had to ask the front desk clerk to keep it on all night. Didn’t try the hotel restaurant. Shower was great but the connections leaked a bit. Nothing serious. Staff were great.
