It is a basic hotel but good for a quick stay. Nothing wrong with it at all, it's good for the price and the location. There were not many close eating options but there was a neighborhood market with lots of options that we went to.

I found hair on the towels, bugs in the bathroom coming from the drain/ one on the bed, and the lamp wasn't working until I fixed it. Lastly, people tried to get into my room in the middle of the night which triggered my anxiety issue that I already have.

The check in time was very late and canceled 5 mins after I noticed. They took whole entire $377 that I payed for and did not give me a single penny after cancellation. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS TO NO ONE . 🗑️

We are supposed to check in at 3 PM. However, when the at 5:30 PM. And then we were told to wait. There is not even a arrangement on that area to sit. They needed 30+ minutes to “clean” a room. They should keep the room ready by 3pm. And it was not ready by 5:30pm!!!! That was very unprofessional from their part to keep the guest waiting on the lobby 30+ mins to “clean” the room. Will not got back. Will not recommend.

New hotel, no ice machine, no chairs in rooms, I understand it’s a new property but this will make a huge difference. fridge in room was dusty. A lot of during and housekeeping should be done prior to opening. Beds are very comfortable but noisy metallic stands - make a lot of noise when having intimacy. They creak.

Eighth floor but still one roach crawled in by the ceiling - quite unfortunate.. The much needed ice maker was broken on one of the hottest days of the year in NYC.. Comfy bed but only two pillows..one side table only by the bed.. Would be nice to have a end of the bed bench at the foot of the bed.. clean bathroom but lackluster toiletries.. no where else to hang my towels or extra clothing..

The floors all through the hallway and room looked like they had never been cleaned. Visible fingerprints all around door knobs, elevators, other surfaces; it felt gross and made me concerned about germs more than one would normal. Industrial buildings surrounding the hotel, horrible view and smells. Front office staff was polite, but cleaning staff yelled, spoke, and laughed loudly outside the room early in the morning. I will never recommend this hotel. Such a waste of $

Disappointment
I need to mention that during my second night staying there, I had a horrible experience. In the middle of the night there were people probably having a party late at night making very loud noise, talking really loud, a taming and banging the walls. Due to this I was not able to sleep. Early in the morning when I checked out I reported this to the receptionist. His answer was asking if I new what appartment this loud were coming from. He even said that he did not heard anything, therefore he did not show any concern about it.
Staying in a place where you can’t rest due to disruption that other people create is the worst experience anyone can go through. I am very disappointed I had to go through this. Walking up several times late at night in a hotel is the last thing people want ti experience

This is first time ever I decided to leave a review because is such a bad experience in my life. The building looked like it was under maintenance. The room has no microwave, no coffee machine, no chair to sit, ants on the floor, 100s of dead mosquitoes in the refrigerator, no parking, cockroach in the bathroom. I took pictures of everything and showed it to the hotel staff but it seemed that they don’t care. I don’t understand if they were not ready to book that place why they are putting it available for people. Spoiled our trip. Would not recommend any one to fall in the trap and please save your money.

This was the absolute most horrible stay I have ever experienced. Apparently the hotel is reopening from being closed after 4-5 years and you can definitely tell. There were major renovations being done on the floor we were roomed on. My guests and I saw ROACHES on FOUR different occasions. There were huge rodents outside of the establishment due to major construction being done. I was given incorrect information during check in which further proved to me this establishment was not ready for reopening. I checked out after seeing our friendly bugs in the room and contacted Expedia. The manager Chris came to the building, I explained the situation and he rectified it. Hopefully my refund will be processed in a very timely fashion but I do NOT RECOMMEND this hotel.
