Incidental fee incident
Days prior to my stay I called the hotels number provided by hotels.com just to TRIPPLE check the cost of incidental fees just so I had enough my card , I was told $100 even after asking the rep to double check …fast forward I arrive via Uber with my kiddos and was told the incidental fee was $250 so I immediately called the same number and that rep was only willing to update the new fee amount and could not help me ..after freaking out in the lobby because I felt defeated and left with no help the hotel front desk representative helped me obtain a room 🙏 .. a hour in security came to harass me about who all was a guest in my room and made me go to the front desk .. I felt belittled completely but still had to manage through the night 😢
