Very nice people working there! The location is beautiful and an easy walk to Main Street. The pool and hot tub is a nice plus. They should advertise the hot tub more as I didn’t know there was one. One negative was that I could hear the people above me throughout the night. It kept me awake. So I think the second floor is a necessity.

I grew up on the Cape and stayed here to attend a reunion. I loved it was centrally located and all the feels of the Cape culture. The staff was amazingly accommodating and friendly. The rooms were perfect for my vacation and added to the ease and comfort of visiting home again.

Loved the stay. Has everything you need in the perfectly equipped kitchenette. Clean and quiet. Beach across the street is super convenient and relaxing. The only thing was the bed in unit 8 was too soft for us but would definitely stay again. Great restaurants and shops nearby.

The hotel was small but really nice with all the necessities for a stay. I loved that we literally walked across the street to hit the beach. The pool is small and my kids (13 & 15) were really bummed they weren’t allowed to sit in the hot tub.

A great find!

Absolutely loved my stay. I have stayed in several places in Falmouth, this one has been the cleanest by far. Even though the weather wasn't the best, this location was perfect. Access to the beach and pool were great options. Because I stayed during race weekend, I had an awesome viewing spot to watch and support all of my friends running. My unit had all the necessary amenities needed for a stay that made me feel right at home.

Very nice staff. All rooms seem so have an outdoor space, very nice. Sea view from our two rooms. Uncomfortable beds. The aircon was very noisy, we didn’t need it so easy to turn off.

We stayed in the 2-bedroom condo and it was lovely! Just the right amount of space for a family of 4. The condo was very clean and spacious. Property was conveniently located right across the road from the beach. My only complaint would be that perhaps the mattress (or mattress pad) could be replaced as it was a little dipped down in the middle)... but otherwise, loved this property!

Great location. Friendly staff. Cleaning was ok. Beds pretty comfortable. Spacious rooms! Well stocked kitchen. Lots of towels. Great heat and air. Fireplace was awesome on cold mornings!

Great location - right across the street from the beach (no fee to enter), terrific pool and hot tub - all fenced in and you need a code to enter (no walk-ins). Premises was clean, beautiful rooms with updated kitchen, two bathrooms, sleeper couch and a private king size bedroom. Walk into town (Main Street), less than a mile (or bike in). Great Cape Cod experience!
