The rooms were clean and the staff was very friendly, especially Lisa, however, there seems to be a disconnect between the hotel an Expedia, please confirm reservation before arrival.

Stayed 2 nights, staff were very friendly upon check in. Room was small, clean, but bathroom sink and shower did not function very well. Had breakfast at the hotel 1 morning, which wasn't a good experience. Most items were not available and had to wait along time, I do not recommend the breakfast. Overall I would stay again since its very conveniently located close to Romford Town Center.

There was no microwave in the room, and they could not accommodate the guests by putting one in the reception area. They kept giving excuses while other hotels in the area like holiday inn have microwave in their rooms. They refused to clean the room while staying for 5 days. Never stay here again.

La camera non era male ma ogni mattina dovevi andare a chiedere se ti potevano pulire la stanza e cambiare gli asciugamani, il problema è che non puliscono più di tanto, lasciano il letto da rifare e gli asciugamani sporchi e usati te li lasciano in camera, non mi è piaciuta la colazione purché non era niente di ché c'era poca roba e alle 7 del mattino non c'era quasi già nulla e non facevano rifornimento
