Nice pool, clean room, good price. Near the air port you can hear planes taking off so if you’re a light sleeper bring head phones. Other than that it was pretty basic and straight forward hotel!!

Good stay
The hotel is dated but clean. The staff is friendly and helpful when it cubes to language barriers. They were nice enough to accommodate our luggage when we were unable to check in early. This allowed is the opportunity to go have lunch and go to the beach. There are two restaurants on site and the beach is a 5 minute walk away.

Definately not as advertised with false photos .
The hotel is not as advertised. The photos are not current, nor accurate. It is in a great neighborhood but is by far the most run-down hotel in the area. Buyer beware. There are lots of options to choose from in the area and I would advise not to choose this one. Pillows as hard as rocks. Room looked more like a jail cell.

Not as advertised!
The room was dingy and not clean and had bugs. The key card didn’t work, and the elevator was questionable. We were afraid we were going to get stuck! Neither restaurant was able to accommodate my hungry family, either. We did not stay the night, we left right away.

Do not stay here. Mold all over and noisy.
This hotel is extremely noisy. From the drunks in the hotel to the the constant airline jet blast. The TV did not work. The air condition did not work. The bed was soft and lumpy. They had no hair dryers. The had no toilet paper rods. We had to beg for extra towels. We had no hot water in the morning for our shower. It was totally cold. There is mold all over the bathroom and shower. There was no phone in our room. The front desk staff was rude and acted bothered every time we asked for something.

The worst!
This hotel is simply bad. It is located in an excellent area of San Juan, just steps from the beach and surrounded by restaurants. We were given a room on the third floor, which we reached via a small, dirty, and unsettling elevator. Room: Dirty and small, with hair all over the bathroom. Thanks to the goodwill of Fabiola Adorno, the receptionist, we were upgraded to a Villa . The concept of the new room is good; however, it was still dirty, with hair everywhere, no shampoo, and no hand towels (they also don’t provide beach towels despite charging a "resort fee"—for what???). The bathroom was dirty, with sand in the shower, on the floor, and water leaking out of the shower area. There was sand in the fridge, a shortage of outlets (only one in the room, far from the bedside table), and in the living room, an outlet was coming out of the wall. The TV system was designed to be unusable—three remote controls that were difficult to operate, meaning no TV. I could go on, but I’ll just say this: THIS IS NOT the hotel you want to stay at in Puerto Rico.

Not worth it!!!!
Because I had to give one star, the positive is; the hotel is walking distance to the beach. We arrived about 1hr before check in & were told we couldn’t check in (if that’s the rule, ok) … the issue is, we had to store our luggage in an unsecured closet with no labeling system. Then when we returned in an hour, the check in process took 45mins! My card was charged twice for the deposit. She “reversed” one of the charges but it still didn’t return to my card until after my trip was over. In the room, the TV didn’t work, they had to come fix it. Then the AC didn’t work, don’t turn it off because it will be hard to get it back on. They came and fixed that. Then the toilet stopped flushing. It wasn’t clogged, the handle didn’t work. They came to fix that twice before finally offering us a new room. Had to pack everything up to change rooms which was a huge inconvenience. The elevator was also broken during a portion of our stay. The phrase, “you get what you pay for” doesn’t apply here. I paid for a “no frills” hotel to accommodate family but I thought everything would at least be operable! The pool is also very loud. They keep it open pretty late and youth sports teams stay out there all night. Never again! I would like to note that the stay seemed to do all they could. These problems are a reflection of management and ownership. They do not appear to care about the property or its upkeep.

Don’t stay here!!!
Worst place I have ever stayed EVER!! I would have rather slept in the car! There were lots of unsupervised kids running around slamming doors, playing on pool, couples fighting people smoking outside the door. The room was dirty, chunks of old dried food under bed, one bed missing a sheet but had a cigarette burned mattress cover. Loud music all night. We eventually gave up and left, hung out at the airport. Avoid this place at all costs.

It’s a nice hotel just to stay for night. I won’t recommend for a family to stay there. Disappointed when every hotel check out is at 11:00 and they are knocking at your door at 10 am.
