地點位置好

酒店地點近火車站，行兩條街就到，去聖百花教堂都係兩條街就到。沒有電梯，房間有點舊，冷氣係舊式的，不能調節溫度，係高溫底下，房間都算可以，但係雪櫃都唔夠凍…櫃檯職員接待唔錯，仲有keep 鎖匙服務！

O acesso aos quartos por escadas é terrível.

Muito bem localizado. Recepcionistas agradáveis, porém não recomendaria ao meu pior inimigo, se este tiver mais de 40 anos e estiver acima do peso. Suas escadas são íngremes e terríveis para as pernas para quem delas precisar para passear na cidade. Ou reservará para uma coisa ou outra. Até para quem fica no primeiro pavimento é terrível. Outra que o café da manhã é decepcionante.

Buono il prezzo, ma occorre chiudere un occhio

Si spende poco e si ha poco. L'hotel è da ristrutturare, la moquette, ovunque, è da togliere perchè è vecchia e sporca, l'aria condizionata, almeno nella nostra camera, era guasta. La colazione è una nota positiva, tenendo presente sempre il prezzo pagato. L'unico punto di forza è la posizione, a due passi sia dalla stazione che dal Duomo. Non c'è l'ascensore. Lo consiglio a chi vuole spendere poco e si sa accontentare.

Great location for shopping and historical sites

Located in the heart of Florence really close to the main train station where there are hundreds of shops, currency exchange and historical sites to visit. It is a very old historic hotel and it has plenty of stairs but the shower was the best one I had in Europe. The entire staff will go out of their way to help you and tend to your every need. They even helped an old codger like me get the bags to the room. The manager at the front desk was extremely helpful. Lots of places very nearby to grab meals, ice cream, etc. Lots of places to shop all around there and lots of activity everywhere. Very quiet at night. When you leave the building you turn your key into the front desk and they all remember what room you're in. Quite quaint. We didn't expect that kind of personal attention but got it just the same.

visto quello che si paga per essere in centro a Firenze non ci si poteva certo aspettare un trattamento da vip, nulla da eccepire per la gentilezza del personale, la pulizia in camera ed in bagno, ma se funzionasse l'acqua calda !!!!!

Très déçu

Acces a l'hôtel dans zone interdite à la circulation, attention aux amendes. Wifi payant, 3e la demi heure. Contenu du mini frigo payant. Bien situé hors mis la zone a éviter absolument en voiture. Chambre très vieille, salle de bain dans un état lamentable, trace de moisi sur tous les joints, peinture caillee qui se décolle, chasse qui ne s'arrête pas de couler. Sur notre séjour de 3 nuits, 1 jour sans eau et un autre jour sans eau chaude. Fenêtres qui ferment pas où très très très mal ( nous n'avons pas réussi) à cause de bricolage pour installer une clim. Lit peu confortable, moquette toute arrachée. Toujours quelqu un a la réception, vous devez laissez vos clef a chaque sortie. A noter que lorsque nous revenions récupérer nos clef a l'hôtel, on nous donnai systématiquement les clef d'une chambre différente. Petit déjeuner correct. Très bruyant, mal isolé acoustiquement. Je ne le recommande a personne, autant dormir dans la voiture. Ha oui, pas d'ascenseur, tous ces étages sur ces vieux bâtiments avec de grandes hauteur sous plafond, vous avez intérêt à ne pas avoir de problème physique / santé ni trop de bagages.

Value hotel in centre.

Staff were welcoming, polite, friendly and helpful. Hotel was near the Duomo and the station, but not too near. Needs some redecoration and mattresses getting lumpy, but generally clean. Represented vey good value for money.

se loger pas trop cher à Florence

en visite de Florence avec une amie ; bien accueillies mais 2 étages à monter avec des valises sans aide ! nous avons manqué d'eau chaude 1 soir ; le personnel était charmant mais l'hôtel un peu vétuste ; par contre, nous avons dormi merveilleusement, en plein centre ville ! petit déjeuner correct mais aurions apprécié yaourt et fruits ; mais il faut tenir compte du prix très abordable par rapport au quartier.

Basic and disappointing

Great Location. Close to Duomo and main train station. After arriving we checked-in and were given out key and then informed there was no lift. Our room was on the 4th floor up 98 steps. Staff offered no help with our case and luggage. The room itself wasn't too bad, it was large and there was a big bed which was comfortable. There is a safe which can be used, however be aware there may be issues. Our safe decided to malfunction the night before we were due to check-out. The staff were going open up the safe but could not say when or how long it would take. We waited in our room until they managed to open it. Note that it took the staff numerous attempts to try to open it and numerous calls to the safe manufacturer. It should also be noted that the staff didn't manage to actually open the safe- it just suddenly decided to work again. The bathroom was mediocre. The main overhead ceiling light did not work and out of the three lights over the sink only one worked. We had told the staff numerous times about this and after being told they would fix them all, they only managed to fix ONE of the two lights over the sink that weren't working. The breakfast was basic with pastries, cereal etc. There is a luggage room on the first floor which we were allowed to use. The WiFi wasn't free. You had to pay 5 Euros for your whole stay and, according to one of the staff members, wasn't very good either.

Этот отель я бы не кому не советовала. Такой грязи в номере, за все время своих путешествий, я еще не видела. Паутину размазали по всем стенам, неуютно, все обшарпано. Не отель , а сарай какой то.Гардины на окне серые ,висят как тряпка , забыли когда видели стирку. Телевизор и интернет не работают . Интернета вообще нет , а за телевизор надо платить. Лифта нет , надо подниматься по лестнице с вещами самому, а она очень узкая. Женщинам не реально поднять свой багаж. Даже одна ночь в этом отеле испортит впечатление о Флоренции в целом.

Very close to all destinations

The room itself was big. Unfortunately, our room had no tub, just a curtain separating shower from toilet. The breakfast selection was a little underwhelming. Free wifi only on the first floor. But as far as location goes, the location was great. Less than five minutes from the train station and from the Duomo. There's a BNL bank less than 3 minutes away which is great for those of us with Bank of America in the states and close to the shopping street. The location is also great for a less than 10 minute walk to the Uffizi gallery and Academic Gallery, which showcase the Birth of Venus and the statue of David. And maybe a 20-30 minute walk to the Piazzale Michelangelo, which provides an absolutely stunning view of the entire city. If you plan on using the hotel just for sleeping and getting ready in the morning, stay here. The location is pretty great.

Tärkeon syy vslintaan oli: Huoneen sai jo puoliltapäivin ja checkbou klo 21. Todella kompakti vessa, pytylle piti asettautua. Wc oli huoneen yhteydessä. Ei hissiä. Joten portaat voivat olla haaste. Netti maksoi ja halvemmaksi tuli jakaa kännystä yhteys. Aanupala kuului hintaan ja oli ok.
