This is always our hotel of choice when we come to Newark/New York. Never disappointed.

The hotel was nice and convenient to Newark airport with shuttle service. Which is great. The Breakfast was very good and there is a pool and hot tub. The negative was that the hot tub was not working due to a problem with the timer switch on the wall, which is a very easy fix. I reached out to management asking where the shuttle would pick me up with no response. I called 3 times after arriving home from Jamaica with no answer when I was at the airport standing outside in the cold.

the hotel is nice, the crew is friendly. All is clean. The breakfast is good.
The only thing that prevents me to put 5 stars is the soundproofing and the isolation with the outside.
It'a located in a noisy area and unfortunately i could hear a lot the honks, the cars, etc. I had a hard time to fall asleep the first night. Second night i woke up with cold air on me coming from the A/C although the temperature was set to a comfortable 21c.
There lies the problem.
