We loved secrets moxche, our first stay at a secrets resort. The food options were fantastic and we were only disappointed that we did not have enough time to try them all! We really appreciated that they all had plenty of clearly marked and delicious vegetarian and vegan options! The property was spectacular, with plenty of nooks and side pools to get the level of seclusion we were looking for. All in all, an exemplary all inclusive experience!

My wife and I just stayed here for a 4 night quick trip (1/24-1/28). This was our first time in a Secrets resort. We loved this place! Pros - The food was fantastic! The drinks were great - a little on the weak side, but we didn’t mind since day drinking is hard. :-) Grounds were well maintained. Never had a hard time getting a chair at the pool if you were out there before 10am. Staff was super friendly! Rooms are very nice - we had a swim out room and loved the pool. Cons - The only place to get bottled water is in the room, and I had to ask more than once to get it refilled. (Meaning, ask twice in the same day because no one showed) However - they have a really cool room service secret cabinet that they can drop it in, so they don’t have to disturb you when dropping things off. Marco the bartender at the Mexican restaurant, Jacob who worked in the pool area, and Gloria who appeared to manage the rooftop Preferred restaurant were wonderful! It’s a beautiful place - we would go again for sure.

The property is beautiful!! The staff is very friendly and the food is excellent!! I love how there is a lot of live music being played. We are already scheduled to return in February.

1. Cierre de restaurantes: Comprendo que puedan ocurrir cierres temporales, pero reducir las opciones disponibles durante una temporada alta como Año Nuevo es algo que impactó negativamente mi experiencia. Esto debería ser comunicado claramente a los huéspedes antes de su llegada. 2. Restaurante mexicano: Me decepcionó encontrar un menú limitado a un solo plato (tacos) y un servicio que no correspondía a la categoría del hotel ni a la ocasión especial. Esperaba una experiencia gastronómica más completa y profesional. 3. Cenas adicionales en un "all inclusive": Entiendo que ofrezcan opciones premium, pero los precios excesivamente altos no se justifican en un hotel que se anuncia como todo incluido. Esto genera una sensación de que se busca monetizar momentos especiales en lugar de enriquecer la experiencia del huésped. Espero que mis comentarios sirvan para mejorar la experiencia de futuros huéspedes. Elegimos hoteles con esta categoría esperando un nivel de excelencia en todos los aspectos, especialmente durante celebraciones tan especiales como Año Nuevo. Gracias nuevamente por su respuesta. There was mold in the room, and the smell carried onto our clothes and in our suitcases home. We had to wash all our items multiple times to get the smell out. There arent enough layout chairs by the pools (its hard to get a spot for two unless youre up at 6AM) and people pay employees cash to reserve unused chairs all day.

Beautiful resort that is very luxurious, staff was amazing and every little detail is looked after , the pools could use some more cleaning in the mornings but overall very well taken care of property . The beach was beautiful , the only thing I will make mention of is the chairs fill up fast and if you do not get there early enough you will be left looking for a spot. The food while amazing was a bit of a frustrating experience in the evenings as the resort doesn’t offer a buffet option for dinner and only restaurant dining with no reservations, most times the wait to get into three restaurants was an hour which makes it tough to see a show or plan your evening . My recommendation would be to open a buffet for dinners for people who do not want to wait with a buzzer for long periods of time , past that we loved it and will be going back.
