Reserve una habitación y cuando llegue no estaba disponible me dieron una habitación. Que según ellos era más cara que la que yo había rentado y nada horrible y me cambiaron a otro que tenia el jacuzzi adentro de la habitación .... Nada que ver con lo que yo rente ... Lo único bueno es la ubicación.. y el personal .. todos muy amables

Esta muy cerca de la Quinta Avenida, eso te da acceso a muchas tienda, establecimientos de comida, bares. Por consiguiente hay ruido. La verdad es que si se puede dormir con el, al menor es la habitación donde yo me quede. La verdad es que e un hotel cómodo, no tiene restaurante pero tampoco es que lo necesite, por todos lados hay donde comer de todos los gustos.

Location and economy

Very well located, right next to the mall that runs through downtiwn Playa del Carmen. Also, very economical for the location and quality of the property. Decorated in an industrial style, was a safe, quiet place to return to at the end of a hectic day

Amazing location

The hotel is pleasant, and humble, spacious & affordable with all the amenities. The pool was the highlight of our trip and of course the AC. It’s centrally located on 5th avenue with a variety of clubs in every corner. There is a club connected to the hotel so if you’re not here to party I suggest you stay somewhere else noise comes from all angles. Theres a club across the street as well. I can say we had an incredible stay the hotel is clean, communication is clear the workers are the sweetest and do everything to make you feel welcome. Definitely a must stay if you come to playa. So many delicious restaurants around and so close to the beach. 10 out of 10

- no elevator. On 4th flr w/luggage - dark and spoky 2nd flr w/ construction - key did not open the door, maid told us to remove the pad batteries and reinstall to reset it.That's when we noticed that they had removed the pad cover to expose the batteries for this purpose -Inside the room the sliding door did not lock -Shower head was broken so the water shot out in a gash like a water fall and trickled at the center. -Water pooled on the side so you would have to walk through the dirty water once you were done showering -Their body wash made the bathroom smell like sewer (we used our own but the smell filled the room with the horrible odor) -no blow dryer -the bed was on a platform which drooped on one side, my wife had to sleep more towards the center forcing me to the other edge -Bed had no cover, no blanket, just 1 sheet - AC was inadequate, and circulation was bad - room was dirty with crums of food - The first night we were so exhausted from the day's activities that we fell asleep, even with the music outside, but the second night which was a Friday the music was turned up to a whole new level.Club was directly under our room and literally did not stop until 3:30am...then all of the people yelling, cleaning glass bottles crashing, and aluminum cans being crushed until 4am.We had to leave. We were told we'd get a credit for the nights we didn't stay along with the parking fee.Then they declined once we were back home. No rest at all. Do not recommend.

The most terrible hotel I have ever been. Dirty, ugly and disgusting. Contractors working all over with tools and construction materials. Room with concrete beds, dirty bedding, walls, bathroom. Indescribable realty. As soon as I get to the room I rented in another place. No elevator. Not recommended to any human being.

Mala muy mala

Estaban en medio de una remodelación , los trabajadores desde las 8:00am o antes con el taladro a todo lo que da y golpes fuertes , la gente que andaba soldando todo el humo se metía al cuarto , nunca limpiaron la alberca , nunca avisaron que iba a haber trabajos de reparación y era muy incómodo pasar por el área donde estaban trabajando y todo el hotel olía mal ( A drenaje) lo único rescatable la señorita d e limpieza del cuarto impecable su servicio ,

NO TE HOSPEDES AQUÍ!! CRÉEME NO RESERVES AQUÍ Mi estadía fue del 13 al 18 de Junio del 2025 Por un momento pensé que había encontrado un muy buen hotel, al llegar vi que las habitaciones no estaban en las mejores condiciones pero eran lindas y estaban habitables… a pesar de ser un poco viejas o malteadas y las paredes algo sucias… todo marchaba bien hasta el una noche al volver de cenar al abrir mi puerta me di cuenta de que estaba cerrada por dentro, pedí ayuda a recepción, fue el muchacho de recepción y trato de abrir y no pudo… solo me dijo que no pudo y que solo podía dejar una nota para que al día siguiente después de las 9am mantenimiento intentara abrir mi cuarto, yo le comenté que mi dinero, medicamento y todas mi pertenencias estaban adentro y que las necesitaba, aparte tenía un tour a Chichén Itza al día siguiente a las 7am, que si no podría hablarle a alguien para que fuera al hotel a resolverlo y dijo que no que lo máximo que podría hacer era darnos otra habitación y que tendríamos que esperar hasta la hora que mantenimiento pudiera abrir nuestro cuarto al día siguiente… Nos dieron una habitación muy reducida sin los mismos servicios que yo pagué (Suite con Jacuzzi) para pasar la noche lo cual no se me hace justo porque yo pagué por algo y me dieron algo menor Y al día siguiente marqué a las 8 para ver si por casualidad habían adelantado el servicio y habían abierto mi cuarto, ya que cualquier hotel hubiera hecho eso… y el muchacho de recepción muy molesto me

Property is under construction and the rooms are small and you can hear other people.. it’s right next to the loudest bar on 5th.. they were drilling at 10-11pm at night and woke up my sons.. they charge 250 pesos to park your car overnight… roof is super low on the second floor also and caused me to hit my head really hard.. TV’s audio was so bad we couldn’t even hear the show.. awful

Hotel com excelente custo X benefício

O hotel é muito bonitinho, na recepção servem água saborizada que é muito gostosa. A localização dele é excelente, praticamente na quinta avenida e próxima do Porto. Custo benefício é ótimo. Porém, reservamos um quarto com vista para cidade e nas fotos tinha uma banheira (jacuzzi) e ao chegarmos estávamos em um quarto sem jacuzzi e no fundo do hotel, sem vista para cidade; questionei o recepcionista que informou que as imagens são meramente ilustrativas e que só possuía jacuzzi a acomodação que no nome em cima possui essa palavra. Ofereceram para trocar de quarto com vista para a cidade no dia seguinte, pois o hotel estava com lotação máxima. Entretanto tínhamos passeio marcado e pela hora não conseguiríamos fazer essa troca, deram a opção das meninas levarem nossas coisas, mas o tempo é corrido para deixar tudo arrumado. O hotel não possui café da manhã ou outra refeição inclusa, mas embaixo do hotel tem uma cafeteira e por estar muito próximo da quinta avenida, as demais refeições também não são um problema. Além disso, tem um restaurante na parte debaixo também, porém não fomos nele. No geral, o hotel é bom, cama confortável, bom atendimento, excelente localização, só é bom prestar atenção em relação ao quarto que deseja.

Todo bien en general Solo que la habitación no tiene mesa lo cual para mí es imprescindible y son muy estrictos con el tema del check-in y no te dejan entrar antes para la habitación
