We enjoyed our 2-night stay here very much. The hotel is located at the centre of the city, very close to the Collégiale Notre-Dame. The front door of the hotel leads to the underground lobby. The front desk staff was very friendly, warm and helpful, the check-in process was very smooth. Our room is on the 3rd floor, and there is no elevator. The front desk staff was very helpful

Special and character hotel

Special hotel renovated from Abbaye. Location is perfect. Very quite. It is clean. The food and cocking in the Restaurant for Dinner is very good. Service there is very friendly and help. It might be problem for the aged people as no lift to the floors. My room is duplex and I needed to be very careful to go down from the bed room to the sitting room.

Le sejour s'est bien passé, nous avons tres bien dormi. Le seul désagrément a été de monter jusqu'au 3eme etage par l'escalier, d'epoque, certes donc extrêmement raide et de découvrir que l'acces a l'espace lit se faisait par un escalier type échelle de meunier

Charmigt hotell med trevlig personal. Häftig byggnad som har varit ett gammalt kloster. Ligger jättecentralt i Beaune. Gångavstånd till massor av restauranger. God frukost som ingick i priset.

The hotel is a gorgeously renovated abbey on the edge of the old town center of Beaune. From the moment we arrived and were greeted by Betty we felt welcome and relaxed. The room was spacious and elegant. The subterranean pool was a favorite feature to me, quiet and relaxing. Breakfast, which was served in a beautiful room by kind and attentive people, was delicious, with buffet items and eggs served to order. We enjoyed a wonderful stay. The facility is awe inspiring and the people who run the hotel were extremely welcoming. This is a very special hotel.

A unique property but awkward. Narrow spiral staircase to 3rd floor. Some maintenance needed (tap handle fell off in bathroom). Suite had internal stairs that were steep and iffy. Stunning view. Cost a lot for what you get.
