Most of the staff spoke little English making it hard to communicate to make needs met. During our stay, our rooms were cleaned daily, beds very comfortable but never wash cloths was left. We had to ask multiple times to received it. The television was primary Spanish speaking. When asked could someone change the language, no one never showed to assist us. Food could have been better. Same food serve daily alternating throughout the resort. The food was always room temperature, never hot. The property has an onsite club which is expected to purchase their drinks at a high price. No other liquids are allowed in the club. Nice club doe. This resort focus mostly of Spanish speaking residents. Not recommended unless you understand and speaks Spanish. Entertainment every night, music only in Spanish, no other variety of music to cater to other cultures. Drinks was low quality as well.
