I'll try to keep it short, but if you looking to explore Atlantis and use beautiful pool location..just have to walk a little distance but the view you wont feel it. Also the breakfast in the morning is great, plus you can find parking. The only minor downside if you are driving, you always have to pay that bridge. Other than that...its a good midside hotel and it is comfortable.

Excellent stay

We had a really great 5 night stay - 1 adult and 1 child. The staff was excellent, helpful, and always so very courteous. The only drawback is the restaurant, whose kitchen is way way too small for amount of the guests in the hotel, and you’d be lucky if you get your food less than 40 minutes after ordering if there’s more than a few people there. I wouldn’t bother going there for anything besides breakfast- which is chaos, but can’t complain too much for that since it’s free. The passes to Atlantis were awesome and really made the trip.

Just okay this time

I stay here often this time though was horrible. The check in process. Three people were checking in arriving guests. I do not expect the process to be speedy. Standing on line for 45 minutes to get to the actual front desk was due to the staff having long conversations with the guests. Then assisting someone that was not on the line and also having a lengthy conversation with them as well. Add to that the bar area had a bartender that told me to wait to place my order only to finally come outside and assist a couple in the pool even though I went inside to find him. Then he told me I couldn't place my order only for me to find a woman that told him he could in fact place the order. Hopefully my next visit will be 100 percent favorable. July 4, 2025 though was HORRIBLE from check in to the bar area.

Staff were amazing. The beds weren’t great but served its purpose. The halls and rooms had a mildew smell to it but it was not a deal breaker. The free breakfast was decent. The pool and bar were exceptionally amazing.

I’ve learned the hard way that booking through Expedia doesn’t always guarantee you the room you want. We requested a king room but ended up with two doubles. This wasn’t the hotel’s fault—it seems more an issue with Expedia not properly holding the reservation. That said, the hotel staff were absolutely amazing—friendly, kind, and attentive. Anything we needed, they took care of promptly. They even handled a tricky situation with another guest who seemed to forget they were sharing a space with others, which was impressive and showed great professionalism. One of the best perks is the included access to the Atlantis water park — my son and husband had an absolute blast there. It was definitely a highlight of our trip. The food at the hotel restaurant was fine—nothing special, but the service was good. Just be prepared to pay resort prices for average food and drinks, which were definitely on the expensive side. The hotel building itself could use some upkeep. There were strange smells in some areas and visible wear and tear throughout. However, the beds were comfortable enough, and the showers worked well, so the basics were covered. Comfort Suites offers a more affordable room option compared to other nearby resorts. If you’re okay with getting what you pay for, just be prepared so you’re not disappointed. Overall, if you book directly and get your requested room, and you don’t mind paying resort prices, Comfort Suites Paradise Island has a great staff that really mak
