Horrible stay

Pool and hot tub were out of service, Elevator was out of service, Door to the bathroom in our room stuck so bad an elderly person could easily be trapped inside. Breakfast consisted of cereal, boiled eggs, watered down juice and begals. They offered breakfast sandwiches for sale at 5+ dollars each. Breakfast staff were rude. I am a Hilton Honors member. I have stayed at many Hilton properties over the years, this one is a discrace.

I booked this hotel as traveling with grandkids and wanting an indoor pool. BUT pool is shut down!?!?! I did ask if we could go swim at another property and they sent us to another Spark to swim. I wish they would let you know ahead that pool is out of order! This happened last year at another hotel here in Amarillo.

We picked the first floor room but it (103 room) is too noisy due to three AC units outside the window. So we didn’t use it and asked the front desk if we could exchange a quiet. So they did. Very friendly staff!
