Excelente hotel e localização.

Excelente hotel com ótima localização no centro histórico de Sevilha. Quarto e banheiro amplos com TV 55’. Staff de excelente qualidade. Fomos recebidos com coquetel de boas vindas e durante a estadia fomos agraciados com uma garrafa de vinho.

Très agréable séjour.

Tout était parfait! 3 nuits. En plein cœur de l’activité. Tout se fait à pied. Le personnel est serviable et sympathique. Inès a la réception nous a bien conseillé pour les visites et les sorties. Bon air climatisé dans la chambre. Le buffet est varié.

Nice location

Lovely hotel with a great location within walking distance of everything in Seville. We stayed for 8 nights and felt well taken care of from start to finish. The room (Standard Double) is quite nice and reasonably spacious, with good storage space and closet room. You can open the door to the square in front of the hotel and leave your swimwear or similar out to dry in the heat – which happens quickly (40°C in July). You can just about stand there and watch the life on the square for a bit. The bed is huge. The rooftop pool is a bit quirky, as the terrace is spread out over several levels connected by stairs. Right by the pool – which is small, about 2 by 6–8 meters – there are 8 sun loungers. If you walk around the different “levels” up there, you’ll find quite a few more, as well as a bar, chairs, tables, etc. The pool area only opens at 11:00 AM, which is a bit late. It’s more of a “chill with a drink” pool than a swimming pool – which is perfect for us. The hotel is somewhat noisy, meaning you can clearly hear if the room next door are having a bit of fun in the evening, or if housekeeping drags a chair across the floor. We received small gifts during our stay, such as a bottle of sparkling wine in the room or complimentary drinks at the bar. The staff are friendly and welcoming. All in all, a lovely hotel, and we’d love to come back.

Great but not really for staying in and lounging!

The location,staff and room were perfect. Staff on the front desk were helpful and could not do enough. Parking was great, €22 for 2 days. Location was superb, everything worth seeing was within walking distance. Only issues were:room was right next to the lift therefore there was a lot of noise. The cleaning staff made a lot of noise in the room above while we were trying to have a siesta - however one quick call the wonderful reception staff put a stop to it. The advertised pool is very misleading, it is tiny with space for only a couple of loungers in front. One area of loungers faced a plain wall, no more than a metre in front, therefore no sun at all. Layout for the pool and loungers needs to be reviewed. Or should not be advertised as it was very disappointing on a hot summers day. Other than that - id definitely stay here again for the initial points mentioned.
