This was my first time at all-inclusive resort. Overall, our stay was excellent despite a few hiccups (very minor, which were addressed promptly). I will start by saying that the resort was kids-friendly. We barely noticed any noise typically associated with kids being around (very minimal, if any). The front desk was amazing in giving recommendations about where to go, what activities to do, and all around kind and very knowledgeable. We were in a villa a bit further from the main lobby (but there are golf carts available every 10-15 minutes). Additionally, walking from our room to the lobby was just 5-7 minutes (at leisurely pace). The rooms were a bit old, but we were in our rooms only to change and eventually sleep (so, it wasn’t a big deal to us). This resort is also very large and has other nearby resorts that we had access to. This was a great addition, having access to those other resorts (easily accessible via golf carts as well) for food options as well hangouts. The drinks were great and a lot of options were available. For food, our resort had a buffet available for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Lots of snack areas available too. My favorite was eating at different restaurants for dinner. We tried the steakhouse, Mediterranean, and French restaurants. Loved all the different restaurants we tried. For reservation, we asked the front desk to help us as the stand-alone computer system wasn’t working properly. I highly recommend making reservations for dinner.
