El personal es realmente amable, te ayudan y facilitan una estadia perfecta, en recepcion, botones, restaurante y limpieza todo muy bien, el hotel es antiguo pero muy bien concervado, el gym genial para entrenar un poco y funciona todo bien y sauna piscina genial, limpio y bien mantenido, el desayuno muy completo me hubiese gustado un poco mas variado pero esta muy completo, ubicacion muy bien cerca de la zona turistica mas importante, bonita estadia y felicidades al personal por su trabajo en equipo especial mencion a Barcay que estuvo atento en todo momento. Como punto negativo puedo decir que no nos dieron vip benefits

Good location, needs a facelift
The hotel gave us a warm welcome, and every interaction with staff was positive. The decor has been left with a bit of repair needing; the carpet on the stairs is frayed, the wallpaper in the room is peeling. There is no bar and it looks like if you want room service it’s provided by an external company with a small range.

Great staff from front desk, F&B to housekeeping... The only issue I had was that torturing breakfast music, the same 5-6 songs keep repeating for 3 hours, day after day...Oh my God and we stayed there for 2 weeks. We'll definitely go back, but for god sake play some nice turkish music, instead of Miley Cyrus and "California Dreaming "...

Needs a fix-up
The hotel is very run Down and need a SERIOUS Update. But they dont even make the best of what they have. The pool is several degrees too cold and the sauna is lukewarm at best. The rooms itself is ok with decent beds and pillows. But for the third Day in a row we come home from our daytrip and find no hot water in the shower. The previous two days we have complained, and the staff go Down the basement (most likely to turn up the heater) and then there is hot water for a while. But apperently it is turned Down again later on, cause right now at 4 in the afternoon the water is again not even Luke-warm. The bathroom are desent but the shower cabins have what looks like Black mole around the bottom of the inside. The rooms have very thin walls as you can hear a lot of noise The breakfast are basic buffet-style and if you want omelets, pancakes etc you have to pay extra. But there is a nice selection of cold cuts and cheeses, fruit, vegetables, hot soup, cereals, yoghurt etc. The orange juice is very watery and the milk for the cereals are not cold, but otherwise it’s decent. Most of the staff are friendly though they seem tired whenever we complain about no hot water. The elevator is very small but if you choose to use the stairs you have to be careful cause the carpet has been fixed with duck tape a couple of places. Hotel.com showed a very high original price (before off-season discount) but it’s many many years since this hotel has been worth that amount of money.

Fantastic hotel with a lovely spa and the terrace was one of the best parts of the holiday. Fairly conveniently located with only a 10-15 minute walk from the main sites of historic Istanbul. lovely restaurant options near by and fantastic staff. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in Istanbul

Old hotel with old photos!
The rooms in the photos are of the best rooms they have. Double / twin rooms are VERY small. Most rooms were refurbished with cheap materials: the bed boards you see in photos exists in half the rooms, the once wooden floor are now made of paper. Also, both saunas were not working. And, the receptionist lied there were no more rooms available to show when the hotels site was showing 8.

Bon rapport qualité prix mais ...
Nous sommes restés 3 nuits dans cet hôtel à notre arrivée en Turquie. Points négatifs : piscine hors service alors que nous sommes en pleine saison + minuscule par rapport aux photos (on nous a proposé de nous amener gratuitement en taxi dans un autre hôtel appartenant au même dirigeant pour nous baigner à la piscine mais pas très pratique juste pour aller se rafraîchir) / réservé une chambre triple pour 3 adultes avec un lit double + un lit simple et nous nous sommes retrouvés dans une chambre double avec un lit d'appoint pas du tout confortable pour un adulte (lit dépliant à roulettes + matelas à ressort HS) / Propreté moyenne (moisissure sur joints de douche) / Climatisation très mal placée (à l'entrée de la chambre avec un angle à 90° juste après donc compliqué de refroidir la chambre) / Parking dans rue devant l'hôtel (5€ par jour) mais véhicule stationné dans la rue et non dans un parking fermé sécurisé. Points positifs : très bonne situation géographique, proche des principaux lieux à visiter à pied / PDJ assez complet mais peu varié d'un jour à l'autre / Personnel plutôt aimable et très serviable. En bref, cet hôtel ne mérite pas 4 étoiles mais plutôt 3 et aurait vraiment besoin d'un bon rafraîchissement.

The Hotel staffs were great and helpful but nothing works at the hotel, rooms were extra small with no working air conditioning, the SPA and gym were close. The power was out every day and no water to shower or use the bathroom at times. Hotel need major repairs and it was a complete disaster.
