Excelnte la atención del personal de la recepcion Gaby y Kevin, muy calidos y serviciales, nuestra habitación muy limpia y cómoda, la atencion en restaurantes de especialidad, bastante confortable, la comida de restaurantes de especialidad deliciosa, el desayuno buffet en general bien, en el bar la atencion buena, sin embargo las bebidas alcholicas que ofrecen en el todo incluido son bajas en calidad, creo que pueden mejorar en ello. La atención en el spa, bien,excelente servicio de la srita. Luisa. La playa, no hay playa, es muelle y poca playa, lamentablemente con sargazo.
Esta es la playa. Es muy pequeña, sin embargo una excelente vista.
Zona de alberca muy linda.
Excelentes áreas verdes, muy cuidados, amplias.

I absolutely loved this resort! From the moment we arrived, I knew I had made the right choose. The staff was so welcoming! The grounds were so beautifully maintained! I loved my room and location! We enjoyed the food options and themed dinner options. Lots of fun activities! I’m so very excited to return here again!

I've been to this property twice and it hasn't disappoint! It's a beautiful hotel, pool is cleaned and beach is close by. You can walk the strip of the beach as well. The staff is nice. Entertainment is good. The atmosphere is just amazing. I will definitely recommend and I will go here again!

Everything was great. The staff was friendly and responsive. The food was delicious and fresh. If we talk about the minuses, then for several days the electricity was cut off. This created problems, as the air conditioner stopped working and it was impossible to charge the phone. I don't think it was the hotel's fault, since the power went out in neighboring hotels as well.

Our stay at the Ocean Maya Royale was lovely! We came for our honeymoon and stayed in the honeymoon suite. Our butler Fabian was exceptional and made sure every need was taken care of. Well worth every penny!

Loved our stay at ocean maya royale, amazing resort with awesome friendly and helpful staff. Kendall the entertainment guy was incredible and so happy. We recommend this resort to anybody who is looking for a small cozy but fun atmosphere.

My wife and my daughter and her husband had a complete blast!!! The rooms were nice the wild life pretty cool! Activities at the pool were so much fun! I can’t name all the staff because they all went above and beyond! Bartenders are A 5 stars all the way!!

Honestly i don’t know how this was rated a 4.5 star property. I’d rate it closer to a 3 star. There were so many rules for all the different levels of “privilege”….where we could eat, what we could order, limit how much we can order on room service. Room: it was a fine room, the bed was hard, the linens were disappointing with a thin fleece blanket sandwiched between two sheets hardly keeping us warm.cleaning services were good. Dining: buffet was rather disappointing with low quality food and not a big selection nor did it change day to day. Staff was friendly however all serving area were not staffed sufficiently, buffet area had one cook manning 4 serving stations making the wait for food at 10 minutes regardless of breakfast, lunch or dinner service. Specialty restaurants were great, no complaints there. Room service is limited to one item per person. Pool/beach: great areas however extremely annoying how many people were bugging you to spend money on jet skis or massages…and not meaning the random people walking across selling stuff as expected, this was hotel staff at the beach hut and the activity hut trying to constantly sell you activities or massages…probably 10 times a day we were asked. Pool/beach bar/services: dismal, just like the buffet understaffed often waiting 15 min for a drink because there was one bartender. Maybe 2 out of the 7 days there were servers walking around taking orders. Entertainment: not great, music levels were ear busting.
