Super, Super, Super - perfekte Tage

Super, super, super. Das waren wirklich tolle Tage. Tolles riesiges Appartement mit 2 Schlafzimmern und super bequemen Betten. Die ganze Anlage hat uns sehr gefallen und war für uns nach den anstrengenden Tagen in New York die perfekte Auszeit. Alles war sehr sauber und in sehr gutem Zustand. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Nice quick getaway

We had a 3 night stay at the villas. It is winter time so a lot of the amenities aren’t available until the season begins. The indoor pool was good. We had it to ourselves for the most part. Plenty of food options in the area. Staff were very nice and helpful. I will definitely come back in the summer.

We have been staying at this property for years. We were placed in a handicap accessible room - which we did not require - seemed odd that we would be given that accommodation. Wasn’t ideal - but we didn’t complain.

Everything at the property was good, however the activities all end at or before 6pm. We still enjoyed a nice relaxing time with our family. However, housekeeping was just horrible. Upon checkout they were extremely rude! Knocking on the door, calling and making me and my family feel uncomfortable because we didn't leave before 10 am, literally felt like I was being harassed. I was running a bit late because my newborn had a rough night and nursed a little longer that morning. I'm unsure if I will return with my family!

Perfect for a family stay or gathering

Our family’s stay was great. The rooms were comfy and everything was nice and clean. My only issues were that the room door lock did not work and the TVs apps were not working either. I did contact the front desk about the TV issue and they sent someone troubleshoot but unfortunately it still didn’t work. Other than that we had a great stay would definitely book again. Great amenities and activities for all ages.

We were there celebrating with a toddler. Check-in was lackluster. We were accommodated with our request for a low floor due to accessibility restrictions. There were small issues with the furniture in the room (draws not staying closed, and wrong guest on the welcome screen). We were also supposed to receive a few incentives, but nothing. I would still definitely recommend staying here, if you have children or need the space. It is an excellent location and space for a family trip.
