This is a very nice resort with three swimming pools, four restaurants, a large beach and beach front bars. As our suite had an individual pool, we did not spend much time around the large public pools. We did use the gym which had sufficient equipments for a workout. Buffet offered large selections. Room was comfortable. If we come back to the Red Sea, we will stay at this resort again.

Over all, a wonderful vacation. Excellent service, esp. by Ibrahim and his crew in Restaurant Cabana as well as Islam in the main restaurant. There is just one sad remark - the main pools were too cold. Combined with the wind, present at all times at Soma Bay, the pool water simply was too cold for our little boy and he started freezing in the water after only a few minutes. As he just strted swimming this was a major negative point. Despite multiple complaints to the guest relations team and the pool crew, under no circumstances could management be persuaded to activate the existing pool heating. Numerous other guests also had the same issue with the water being too cold. That's why I can unfortunately only give 4 stars for the stay. The rest of the vacation would have earned 5 stars. Too bad.

Helt fantastisk sted! Dette var vårt andre overnattingssted etter noen dager i Kairo. Vi anbefaler på det sterkeste å besøke dette stedet en gang. De ansatte var svært imøtekommende og høflige – vi følte oss virkelig hjemme her. Opplevelsen var så god at vi bestemte oss for å tilbringe resten av ferien her. Et helt fantastisk sted!

Sehr schönes sauberes Hotel mit Liebe zum Detail. Trotz All Inclusive ist die Qualität insgesamt auch voll in Ordnung. Die abendlichen Shows sind meistens sehr unterhaltsam. Was für uns von vorneherein nicht klar war, und daher für eine positive Überraschung gesorgt hat: Das hotel ist sehr kinderfreundlich mit täglichen Programmen für jede Altersgruppe, es gibt einen Spielplatz im Schatten, und der Kleinkinderpool ist ebenfalls überdacht.
