No towels, pillows missing enable to call reception because the phone did not work so as a disable person i have to walk back to reception 3 time to sort problems.
3 disable parking spaces all full for cars with no blue badages. Told reception and they said they would have them moved, on my return after 3 hours the same 3 cars park in them. As a disabled war veteran with 30 years servers in the Royal Navy. This is the worst experience iv have. I through the best western hotel in Weymouth was bad which i stayed in a few months ago, but this place was disgusting.
I will no be staying in a best western again and i will be spreading the word across the military net work.. extremely disappointed 😞
