Won't hesitate to book if ever in Florence again!

The hotel has such wonderful staff that makes the already great hotel a even better experience! The room is so big first of all, we can put all our luggages open and able to walk without have to jump around. And the tub is so comfortable, the cleaning product provided were organic which is a plus, the maids also do a great cleaning job, my husband and I come back one afternoon for a nap, when the room is already made, then we went out for some sightseeing, when we come back at night, they made the room again! Also the staff speaks perfect English, especially awesome Denise, she was such a great help and went through a lot of trouble to help us. The hotel is located very well, you can walk to everywhere less than 30 minutes, only about 10 minutes walk for the train station, and because most of the attractions are near each other, you don't have to worry about how to get to places. Last but not the least, the hotel breakfast and the terrace makes this hotel a must stay, the terrace has a great view over the river and the whole city, which also contains a bar you can use during day time and a bartender at the later hours, a beer at night with the view is a great relax, breakfast is the most satisfying during our stay in Europe this time and with no extra charge, conclusion? this is a hotel that I won't hesitate to book again if I get to go to Florence again ;)

I would stay nowhere else when back in Florence!!! And would pray to get my beyond beautiful room overlooking the Arno once again. I was granted an upgrade without even asking. THANK YOU SO MUCH! The service is OUTSTANDING, including room service and breakfast (which is extremely generous and delicious and offers amazing views) and also concierge. Location is unbeatable: on the river, on one of the mist lovely piazzas in Florence and Via Tornabuoni is by any account the mist elegant shopping street in the world. Plus you are no more than a 10’ walk from all manor sights. But what makes Antiche Torre unique is it’s style and understated Florentine elegance. The decor is traditional but light, flawlessly tasteful and imaginative. A welcome break from all the loud, statement/branding the hotel industry offers these days. This place is discreet, romantic and LOVELIEST! Tantissime grazie!

Wow, what an awesome and authentic experience. The hotel Antica Torre Di via Tornabuoni 1 was the most romantic and relaxing stay of our holiday. From the initial booking to the hotel stay it was perfect. The rooftop terrace and the wonderful staff serving, the hotel advice re restaurant bookings and things to see was outstanding and delivered in such a friendly manner. We can’t wait to return, we loved every moment of our stay. Congratulations on such a beautiful hotel, we could not fault you on service or presentation.

First class accommodation right along the Arno with panaramic sunset views of the river, the Ponte Vecchio, Duomo, Etc. from the roof top bar with first rate wait staff. We will return again next time we are in Firenze.

Location, Great Staff & Incredible Rooftop

This place was INCREDIBLE! My husband and I stayed here for 5 nights while celebrating my 40th birthday, but hte hotel had families with children (young and teens), and would be a great option for anyone. The hotel itself was on several levels, and felt more like an apartment complex with winding hallways, 'secret' entrances, and relaxing areas to retreat. Because the rooms were spread out, we didn't hear anyone else while we were in our rooms, which were fully renovated, with a great walk-in shower. The location is one bridge away from Ponte Vecchio, and very walkable to anywhere you would want to go (Uffizi, Pitti Palace, Duomo, Mercato Centrale, and train station). Every staff member was so pleasant and willing to help you with any needs. The AC in our room didn't seem to be fully functioning (totally understandable in the July heatwave - but the reception was able to get us a fan, which helped tremendously). My husband and I would go to the rooftop each afternoon after sightseeing and also before dinner to relax and have a glass of wine before going out to dinner; it truly was one of the most beautiful sights. Mia, one of the bar staff, was so nice and helpful with dining suggestions. The breakfast is in another part of the hotel, with access to a lovely terrace to watch the scullers on the Arno each morning. Expansive menu with continental breakfast and various fruit drinks and coffee. I can't say enough good things about this hotel - we will definitely be back!
