We had the breakfast option and that was wonderful, something to look forward to every morning with a warm welcome from Whan to breakfast. The room was comfortable and quiet. The only downside was the sauna was out of action during our stay

Lite löjligt att Scandic börjat ta betalt, 200kr, om man vill checka in nån timme tidigare än 16,00. Tidigare har det ju varit OK om rummet varit klart. Nu måste man betala 200kr. Irriterande, löjligt å småaktigt. Kan nog vara så att man väljer annat hotel enbart pga detta…

Bodde på 17 våningen. Fint och stort rum. Något hård säng men sov gott. Incheckning kunde varit lite mer kundfokuserad

Der var ingen luft på værelset. Meget varmt ingen aircondition. Vi hentede en ventilator i receptionen. Der forsvandt to øreringe der lå på sengebordet efter der var rengøring. Hun havde så travlt med at komme afsted så hun glemte den beskidte kop der stod ved siden af øreringene, og hun glemte også kortet til værelset. I receptionen talte vi med en medarbejder som insisterede på at ingen stjæler på hotellet. Og sagde at vi kan ringe til politiet hvis vi vil. En dårlig service da øreringe lå der da hun kom ind på værelset og vi gik ud og ventede til hun var færdig. Morgenmaden, som vegetar var der kun en slags ost og resten var kød pålæg. Jeg synes godt at der kunne være flere oste at vælge imellem.
