Over all stay was good but the girl who checked me in was always so rude.
Day one basically just threw my key at me. I've never been treated so unfriendly at a hotel or motel.
Day two, got there for breakfast at 8:55 a.m. and she said, it's closed. All it is is a granola bar and coffee anyway. Breakfast was supposed to be over at 9:00. How hard would it have been to bring me a couple of granola bars???
Later that day I go to tell her they didn't clean my room. She says, it's not daily service. All I needed was another bar of soap (they only put one small bar in the room) and clean towels. She meets me on the side and hands me a small bar of soap.
Yes, I would stay there again, but they do need to improve breakfast by fixing the juice machine, adding at least some pastries, cereal and milk. Or don't advertise that breakfast is included. I saw many reviews saying the same thing from months ago and the manager replying they would work on it. Clearly they haven't yet.
Most of all, it doesn't cost anything to be nice. A smile goes a long way. Train the front desk to be nice. Act like we're guests, not an inconvenience.
