The front desk team was very helpful, friendly and accommodating (we had our luggage left to watch while we walked the city on our day flying out, he had no problem allowing us to do that), very clean and comfortable rooms- nothing fancy, somewhat outdated but comfortable, quiet and perfect for our 3 night stay exploring the city.
