Great location & breakfast for Florence

Front desk Elia was very friendly helpful, gave us dining tip and hot water boiler. Famous restaurant ZaZa is right in front of the hotel. Very convenient location. The hotel room is very small. 3rd floor u still need to climb about 10 steps which was very tough if u have big luggage. Breakfast is great and it's included which is a big plus for the stay. Door man is also very helpful too. They asked us to sign a waiver of our contact info for receiving info right at the counter and it's in Italian. We r not happy with that. Hope they change the policy not to ask the guest to do that.

The location of this hotel is convenience, which is quite close to the underground station (5 mins walk). The customer service of this hotel was excellent, all were friendly and helpful to us. Breakfast was also good. We would like to stay in there next time if we come to Roma again. Highly recommended this hotel regarding to the price is reasonable, excellent customer service and breakfast.

位置很方便、步行到車站只要10-15分鐘、離市區很近、臨近有名的餐廳、很棒的服務。

在訂房時有告知這次是我們的蜜月旅行，飯店特別幫我們選了風景較好的房間，還送了一瓶白酒，讓我們很開心，很貼心的服務。飯店門口就有兩家有名的餐廳，並臨近中央市場。走路到火車站&SITA巴士都只要10-15分鐘，走路到市區(聖母百花大教堂...)也大約15分鐘。服務人員都很熱心，有停車場(需收費)。

很不错的酒店

一般我不喜欢住在火车站附近，但是佛洛伦萨那么小而且我们就待两晚，所以就图方便了。其实这个酒店离火车站还是要走10分钟多的，而且如果行李很大不是很方便因为人行道都很窄。不过酒店本身很不错，装修，设施，房间都很好，而且房间很大，早餐也不错。酒店的地理位置特别好， 离所有景点都很近，就在一个大市场旁边，有很多餐馆，离Duomo就5分钟路，很方便。

Disappointed

We had to cut our stay very short due to discovering bed bugs in our room the same evening we checked in. This was extremely disappointing and disrupted our trip entirely, especially since we were traveling with a baby and had to drive hours back to Rome the same night. The hotel itself feels quite old and in need of serious updates — from the furnishings to the overall condition of the rooms. The windows, in particular, are outdated and offer little sound insulation. If your room faces the main street, be prepared to hear everything from traffic to late-night noise. That said, I do want to commend the staff — they were exceptionally kind, understanding, and professional throughout the situation. They processed a refund immediately and assured us that the bed bug issue would be addressed promptly. Unfortunately, despite the good customer service, the condition of the property and the bed bug incident make it hard to recommend this hotel without significant improvements.

Resting on good reviews and location

Our stay didn't live up to the good reviews. Our Superior Room looked nothing like the photos. The furniture was almost broken down, there were stains on the carpet and our shower wand broke and spewed water throughout the bathroom. It was warm when we arrived, the two a/c units couldn't cool the room. It's apparent that maintenance isn't a high priority. On the Plus side. The bed was comfortable and breakfast was good, if you rise early, as some items didn't get replenished. The location is unbeatable, good dining options just outside the door.

Decent, but not what I expected from 4 stars

I stayed at this hotel expecting a 4-star experience, but it felt more like a 3-star stay. The location is excellent – very central and convenient for exploring the city. The breakfast was good, with a nice selection, and the reception staff were friendly and helpful, which I really appreciated. However, the hotel itself feels quite worn and dated. The room was very small – I could barely open my suitcase on the floor. There were old wall-to-wall carpets, and the general atmosphere felt a bit tired. It was also very noisy. I could hear people showering in the room next door, and street noise was quite noticeable too. Overall, it’s an okay place if you're prioritizing location and breakfast – but don’t expect a true 4-star experience when it comes to comfort or soundproofing.

Asiansa ajava hotelli

Hotelli oli miellyttävä ja hyvällä paikalla, lähellä keskustaa. Aamupala oli loistava ja kattava. Henkilökunta oli asiantuntevaa. Huone oli siisti ja ajoi asiansa. Isona miinuksena oli vieressä kulkeva meluisa tie, jonka äänet kuuluivat selkeästi huoneeseen ja pilasi yöunet. Olen sikeä nukkuja mutta tämä melu piti jopa minut hereillä. Toki huoneemme oli aivan tien yläpuolella joten jos on hyvä tuuri voi päästä tiestä kauemmas.

Great hotel but a little noisy.

Great location near the train station and within steps of the central market. Staff are professional, friendly, and courteous. Continental breakfast was excellent. Room faced the market and crowd noise could be an issue in the evening for some. Charming hotel with interesting history. Very good value overall.
