Terrible

Staff not friendly. You have to call for everything although they have room service tag. There were ROACHES, in the room from the first day! The gym is small and dirty. I do not recommend this places.

Disappointed

There was one employee that was kind. There was a man with glasses that was very rude. The rooms were the best, the first room was filthy, ac didn’t work and leaked, I assume it hadn’t been clean properly because my allergies acted up, it wasn’t till we requested another room my condition got better. Even with the other room, similar issues were presented.

Comically bad stay

One of the worst hotel stays I've ever experienced, and that's saying something. Customer service was either unavailable or downright hostile. I called the front desk: "Could I get a couple more pillows and towels?" "No pillows. You can have 2 towels." 😳 Oh, and I had to go back down to the lobby from the 19th floor to get them myself. The bed was unbelievably uncomfortable, like from another planet. The room was dingy and sparse and dirty. They did update the bathroom a bit, I'll give them that, but the sink was clogged. And the TV didn't work. One of the main reasons we booked this place was because they advertised on Hotels.com that they have an airport shuttle. Come to find out you have to book your own shuttle with a third party and you have to somehow magically know that you need to do it 24 hours in advance. Which, of course, we didn't know, so we ended up having to arrange our own transportation to the airport. Unbelievably bad, top to bottom. Do not stay at this hotel.

Hotel is older, furniture is not very up to date. There were some cockroaches in our room however Iv come learn it’s common here. The staff were nice but stingy with towels or anything extra you may need. The room was spacious enough but the bed was pretty uncomfortable. Seems like they spent more money on the floors than anything else. The pros are the distance to the beach, restaurants and the pool area. If all you want is a place to sleep and shower this one is a step up from a motel.

Limited staff. Towels ran out. Parking was expensive. Not a family friendly place. More like a one night stand motel. Unsanitary. Possible blood stains in the corner. Picked up cleaning supplies to sanitize the room. Last night the bathroom started leaking inside the wall. The paint bubbled and eventually burst water. The bathroom flooded and had to use the towels to keep the water from flowing into the bedroom. The night staff assisted with giving us their remaining towels. In the morning I had to wring out the towels as they were all soaked. The pool area looked nice and we spent as little time on the property. The hotel partners with AirBnB so take what you will from that. Checked out the Yelp reviews and they were not as kind as me. All one star reviews wanting to give it zero stars.
