We were greeted upon our early arrival with a complimentary cappuccino thanks to the owner Sylvia. This family run property is a small boutique hotel that is located near the theatre district and Victoria station. The staff is most helpful and the breakfast is delicious. For a small quiet room book room #15 but for a more beautiful spacious room choose the Victoria.

Väldigt bra rum för tre personer, en väldigt stor dubbelsäng plus en stor singelsäng. Trevlig utsikt med ett vackert träd mittemot, väldigt lugnt och stillsamt område men ändå nära till Vicktoria station och många restauranger och små secondhand butiker. Kommer absolut återkomma till detta hotellet! Vi är supernöjda!

What a great find! This is a wonderful family run hotel just a few mins walk from Victoria station in London. Staff were welcoming & friendly. Our room was lovely, very clean & comfy. Breakfast in the morning was excellent-cooked to order. We will definitely be using this hotel again when we next visit London. Many thanks to the lovely owners x

This hotel is reasonably priced, and in a convenient location. It has air conditioning, which is a bonus, and my room was quiet. I didn't have breakfast, so I can't comment on that. The only reasons I gave it a 4 star rating rather than 5 star is that the shower wasn't very strong, and the kettle was dangerous (I got scalded by steam coming out from around the on/off switch). The staff replaced the kettle - and I would go back to this hotel without any hesitation.

Mycket trevlig vistelse! Ett mycket trevligt hotell med bra service och rymliga rum. Luftkonditioneringen fungerade utmärkt, vilket verkligen uppskattades då det var väldigt varmt under vår vistelse. Frukosten var god och vällagad med bra utbud. Ett litet minus är att frukosten serverades först från kl. 07.45 – vi hade gärna sett en något tidigare starttid, exempelvis kl. 07.00. Sammanfattningsvis är vi mycket nöjda med vår vistelse och kan absolut tänka oss att komma tillbaka.

We had a wonderful stay at The Windermere Hotel. The rooms are much larger than most. I’d suggest asking if the bathroom has a regular shower or one with a bathtub. I’d also ask if the bed is a double, queen or king.the breakfast is wonderful!

My partner and I stayed at the Windermere hotel for 2 nights. Great location and very convenient for getting around, whilst being quiet enough that you were not disturbed. Staff were incredibly helpful and kind, giving advice on reaching tourist spots and also keen and willing to accommodate requests. Room was clean, tidy and air conditioned which was a big plus in the recent heatwave. Breakfast was included and was delicious. I have no complaints and would recommend this hotel to anyone.

The staff were very helpful when we asked directions to pubs nearby and answering questions regarding the best way to get to Heathrow for our departure. This was especially helpful as there was an Underground strike. Breakfast was very good with lots of choices. Very nice to have the option of a limited menu for our early departure served by a very pleasant staff member. Would definitely stay here again if I return to London.

Loved this place! Wonderful breakfast every morning, clean, quiet rooms, and the staff are absolutely impeccable. Location wise- Close to Victoria Station, lots of restaurants, pubs, cafes nearby. Very quaint area on the Pimlico Grid. I will most certainly be back.
