We visited your hotel last week after several years and were pleasantly surprised with the renovation and how the suite looks today. This is the third time we have stayed in your hotel, we like everything from the service, menu, atmosphere, program, waiters. I have no complaints except that the beach is not accessible and the sea is full of seagrass. A special impression on my children, who are teenagers, was left by the entertainment team, which is excellent, especially Eric Warm recommendation for this hotel

This was a gorgeous property that felt spacious and homey the moment we arrived. We had our own rental car and parking was very easy. Check in was a little disappointing as the 2 bedroom suite I booked was actually a 1 bedroom suite with a pull out couch in the living room. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay and will probably go back.

This resort was great and overall had a great time but 2 restaurants were not open so options for dinners were limited.

Poor performance from the staff. I spoke few times with the guest service to get additional gestures to celebrate my partner 50 th. Nothing was done ! Very disappointed! Very limited option for lunchtime ! Ongoing construction and renovation included during the weekend. Very noisy ! Clean location and also great cleaning services. Service is very inconsistent. Spa (used for massage and also manicure) poor service and performance! At the manicure the ladies were talking together instead of focusing on the customers! Clearly not a 5 star in my view!

Lo que más me llamó la atención fue el trabajo de animación de este hotel, realmente se esfuerzan para que todos los inquilinos pasen un rato agradable y divertido. Un equipo lleno de energía que dan todo lo mejor de ellos desde el amanecer hasta la noche. Además un hotel con muchas ofertas culinarias, como para no aburrirse y probar algo diferente todos los días. Quisiera agradecer particularmente al equipo de el restaurante La Tortuga por esmerarse tanto en hacer el cumpleaños de mi novio algo inolvidable, nos hicieron reír mucho. ¡Gracias Bahia Principe!

This was our first time in Mexico, and we adored it. The Bahia property (we stayed at the Grand Tulum) is well maintained, beautiful, and focused on their guests. The food is amazing, the foliage and wildlife is never-ending entertainment, and the staff is consistently friendly and dedicated. We would recommend anyone to stay here!

No complaints with the entire experience! The landscaping and layout were well thought out. Everything was so convenient. Anytime we had a concern, like we forgot our towels, towels were available right on the beach. If the buffet was closed, there were plenty of places to get food from. My precious partner and I found the whole experience very romantic. My favorite part was venturing over from Tulum beach to Akulma beach behind the cove. So many tropical fish. We loved the Scubaquatic tour to the sea turtles. The tour guides were very helpful, especially Monica, she assisted my partner swim in the sea. The "Origen" theater show was spectacular. The cast had so much skill, and the costumes were top-notch. Also, there were bars everywhere. It was so convenient. The accessibility for my family was accommodating. The bell boys were so good to my Mom, helping her on and off the bus. It was great to see my Mom have so much fun. Oh, and the pool area was so fun. The entertainment staff really did a good job at recruiting participants in the games and dances, as well as informing us about the shows for the evening. Loved our stay.

The resort itself was okay but there were a lot more cons. First off, they say you have 7 restaurants to pick from but in reality you only have one to chose from which is the buffet since all of the other ones are by reservations only and you only get to pick two out of the seven restaurants that's if they're not all booked up like they were in my stay. Another thing was the staff. Although they were all friendly, they weren't very knowledgeable. Shoutout to Domingo because he was the only one that answered our questions without telling me to "use the app" like all the other workers were. Also they say they have roundtrip shuttle but I was not able to get a shuttle because it wasn't the Cancun airport and that's what wasn't said. Another thing was the ocean, it was not clean at all. It was dirty and had a lot of seaweed. Not pretty at all. This resort was mostly for kids as if it seemed like it had a lot more kids activities than adult activities. The pools were also so spread apart and only one pool had a swim up bar? Lastly was the drinks. In order to get high quality liquor, i needed to pay extra but if it was all inclusive wouldn't it be included. I will not be returning to this resort too many cons.

I was not impressed by this property. It was boring, the food wasn’t good and the beds were uncomfortable. It is supposed to be all inclusive but they charge for premium liquor and water down the drinks. I will not be returning to this property.

Great resort for the family. Enjoyed the pools at Tulum, and the beach shared by Coba / Akumal. Buffet is one of best we have been to ever. Would have been nice to get an al a carte every night, but restricted to 3x for a weeks stay. Entertainment was very good, however, paying extra for their better shows feels wrong at an all inclusive.
