Great place to stay and near downtown

Partner and I stayed there for the baseball games at Busch stadium. When we checked in Friday we found our room's AC was not working. Sharonda at the front desk was a rockstar! Not only is she fun to talk to and joke with, she gave us a free upgrade on the room so we had working AC! She was awesome and I hope she's told that often. The upgrade room was great. Clean, nice and cool and comfy. The only thing I wish all hotels would do in any room are: more hooks and bars in bathrooms to hang towels, wet clothes, swimsuits etc. Also, one medium size bath towel per person is not enough. Should be at least 2 per person on a multi night stay. Otherwise, despite the room issue and parking constraints we enjoyed the hotel (oh and the young crowd that stayed there...between the noise level and smell of certain substance in hallways and coming from rooms) we would stay there again.

The guy who checked me in barely helped me with parking questions and had to go back 30 mins later to ask someone else. There was lots of dust in the room and stains on the extremely thin blankets if you can even call them that. Supposed to have complimentary breakfast but found out when we got there it was under renovation which would have been nice to know before I checked in.

Might be close to the dome but not worth it

Got in on a Friday and check in was fairly fast. Got our room key and went to dinner. Got back and our key didn’t work anymore, went downstairs and got that fixed. Went to the room and the bathroom had hair in the tub and sink and there was a used towel on the shower curtain. Went downstairs and asked them to come clean it they ended up moving us rooms as they “didn’t have time to deal with it”. Got into our new room and the bathroom was clean but the beds looked like they started to strip them and then stopped. At this point I didn’t have the energy to deal with it so we changed and went to the pool. The water was warm which was nice but there were 3 giant hairballs in the pool. Went back to our room to call about the beds and the phone didn’t work. Decided I was completely over it and decided to strip the bed and use the blanket we brought for the night. The Saturday morning went down and asked them to clean the room since we were going to be gone all day and bring clean towels up as well. The guy said no problem and we left for the day. Get back around 9:30pm go to our room, we didn’t have any towels not even the ones we had used that morning. Went downstairs to ask for towels and the guys said he would bring some up, but never did. I had to go down at 7 this morning to get some so we could shower.

Location of the hotel is GREAT!!! The cleanliness of the bathroom was horrible! Service wasn’t the best! Overall, the cleanliness is about a 3/10. Door wouldn’t lock. I had to change rooms.

Terrible

The hotel was dirty, the bedding wasn’t laundered, the ceiling was leaking in the hotel lobby and the staff only put garbage cans out to catch the leak after several guest complaints. They advertised free parking but there was no parking available. No ice in the ice machines and only 1 elevator worked the entire stay. I would not recommend staying at this establishment

Concert at the Dome

If you are looking for a hotel close to the Dome it is literally around the corner 5 minutes walking. The Saint Louis Arch was only 15 minutes walking which was a great experience as well. The STL airport was a 20 minute drive. The room my friend and I stayed at had 2 beds that were super comfortable, a tv, refrigerator, microwave, sofa seat. Very clean. I would stay here again in a heart beat.

Ok for the few hours we were there.

Was there for a concert, there was also a baseball game, church conf and a race same day. The hotel staff was exceptional considering the line to check in was out the door. They were still friendly and patient. However, this hotel needs remodeled. BADLY. The carpets are filthy throughout, the glass to the staircase looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in ages. Spilled things, smears, just yuck. Our towels were either dingy or dirty. Hair on them when I unfolded to use. Asked front desk for new ones, they had them to my room in five mins. Linens were the same way. The bathroom door looked like it had been thru a flood. Our room door was very hard to open. The handle was very loose. We had to call for help to open it twice. We also were not informed that the lot across the street for parking wasn’t going be available when I first booked.

Awful Experience.

First of all, I am not satisfied at all. There was absolutely no parking for hotel guests, the air conditioning didn’t work, there were dirty towels left in our bathroom. We are not happy with this stay at all.

Disappointment

The overall condition of the rooms was poor. The sheets were either not changed or they were stained. The most frustrating thing was the lack of air conditioning. The temperature in the room never got below 82. The only redeeming factor was the front desk people were polite and genuinely tried. I will not be staying there again.

Could be nice but was Avg at best

Im sure its fine when amenities are available but bar and restaurant were closed for months I was told for renovations but room rates stayed same. Parking was very difficult to find so plan on paying unless you get back to hotel before 5pm. Lastly shower head height was at my chest and Im only 5'11.

Walkable

Very good hotel with a 1.5 walk of the Gateway Arch National Park and Busch Stadium. Beds were comfortable and room was spacious. Hotel staff was very friendly too! In need of some updates- otherwise a 5.0!

Not Great but not awful

The good: Staff was amazing Bed was extremely comfortable Very good design of hotel Room was clean The bad: Gatorade bottle sat by level 2 elevator for 2 days spilt on floor with wet floor sign by it. Hotel does need some updating. Final thoughts: The hotel was just put under new ownership and has a lot of potential, the design is great the restaurant when it reopens will be a great set up as well. Don’t want to bash it because they are trying and to clean things up do take time. I look forward to seeing it in another year or so to see how it has improved.
