We were placed in a room that had water leaking from ceiling #134. They were aware of the leak and still had us in that room. Next morning woke up to a puddle of water on the chair directly below the water leakage area, a significant amount of water which in turn completely ruined our Pokémon, Yu-Gi-Oh, and Sports cards we had sold and were worth a significant amount someone had already purchased. Along with some coloring books and a pair of custom Nike sneakers. All completely damaged. This happened on August 16, 2025, and we have yet to receive compensation or even submitted a claim to their insurance company as I always told would happen. They gave us complementary stay from August 15 to September 18, 2025; however, that was just for the inconvenience. I have exchanged emails with the GM and also the Reginonal VP and no resolution.
