One of the worst hotel I have ever stayed. The front desk staff was not there for almost 20 minutes. I had to wait 20 minutes yo let her know that my suites hot tub was not working and she told me someone would come fix it and no one showed up at all. Therefore, we ended up leaving the place without staying the night there and booked another hotel room.

The very first time I seen the pictures I was in love with the hotel, when I got there, the rooms looked at nothing like that. They say they in mix of upgrading the rooms they did give me the better room, but it was nothing like the pictures

Breakfast was bare minimum (toast, cereal, oatmeal, coffee), bed was stiff with one thin blanket, hair dryer was rusty and didn't work, and the shower wall had big chunks peeled back/off. Plus we found out at check in that their parking was full so we'd have to pay more and park next door for our flight the next day so call and confirm they have space for you to park off you need it. The lady at check out said it's been that busy for 6 months. Staff was nice but overall you get what you pay for, don't recommend. I've been pleasantly surprised by other cheap hotels but not this one.

Didn’t match photos. Location was terrible. Cigarette smoke throughout the halls was very strong. The tv froze and cutoff often. Remote to tv didn’t work. We are sure the remote didn’t go to the tv. Front desk lady wasn’t nice when I asked for washed cloth because they only have one in room and it was two of us. One of the towels in restroom was dirty. The tube was dirty or needs new paint at least. We definitely will not be back. Came in town for a funeral and this place was the worst experience of the whole trip. Bedding was also damaged. They need to renovate or tear down and start over.

Me and my partner were expecting a nice stay, we booked for the jacuzzi suite. We got there and the floors in our room were super dirty. No problem we went to the desk and asked if they can sent housecleaning which they did. After a few hours, we went to go start our jacuzzi and the hotel room had NO HOT WATER. No water at all actually. I called front desk and they insisted there was nothing they could do until another manager got in and the pipes were frozen. Not my problem and I paid extra just for the room. The fact that they let us book that room knowing the pipes were frozen is so wrong. I paid an extra $60 just so I can stay in a jacuzzi room just to be told they couldn’t do anything for us and had to put us in a standard room. What we thought would be a romantic night turned into the worse. no amenities and the hotel definitey does not look like the pictures. I will not be staying here again and trying to get a refund for my money which I still haven’t, along with a $50 deposit. This stay was so upsetting

Would not recommend staying here. Smells like weed, the hotel lobby does not look like the pics. Pretty sure people live here permanently. The rooms were kind of clean, but the beds are terrible. The only nice thing was that they did take us to the airport for free. But I would not stay here again.
