Traveling home from funeral. Bed was comfortable, room was clean, and the shower was hot. Just be aware the airport is basically across the street (or Highway) so if you are a light sleeper may not be the place for you, but the noise was not a problem from me. Hotel is a little outdated compared to other comfort inns, but was clean and comfortable which was all I was looking for.

Not the worst, not the best

The hotel could have been more generous with room comfort items such as towels, shampoo, soap. The pickings were pretty slim! And the breakfast “buffet” was minimalist, to understate it! Some frozen sandwiches and small yogurts do NOT a buffet make!

Inexpensive, close to the airport, friendly staff

it was a nice clear property with a friendly front desk staff. Shanea was very friendly and helpful at 1:30 am when I checked.

Dirty times three

Three times we were given the key to a room that was not cleaned. Three times going up and down. Three times nearly lying down out of pure exhaustion into a bed of a room not cleaned. Covid is still alive and well. This was entirely unacceptable. No manager was on site to complain to but absolutely disappointed. They use a ROTARY filing system in 2022. It’s no wonder why this happens.

Very disappointed

I had reserved a jacuzzi room. When i got there they expressed that it is just a tub and that the jets no longer work. I asked about this and was told that nothing could be done because I reserved through a third party. I also expressed that the room was not clean because there was food on the floor. I was not given a different room. The manager in the morning offered a coupon that was supposed to be emailed to me but I never received.

Cold as Ice - Could Care Less

The room (109) had no hot water. ICE COLD Reported it to desk person (female) she could care less. At first I was told that I did not let it run long enough. I said no hot water after 15 minutes. Then she told me that they do not have hot water in handicap rooms, it is MI law. Ludicrous! Further I did not request a handicapped room, this is what I was assigned. I could not take a shower. Good sleep and good shower are the 2 most important features to a stay. I was also having back issues and really needed a hot shower. Also heat very loud and bottle of beer was $6.00. Stay away from this property.

Comfortable bed. Room wasn't very clean. There were stains on the comforter. Took literally 10 minutes for the water to get hot in the shower.

Great staff

Front desk staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The only problem we had was that the shuttle service was not consistent or reliable. Hotel was a bit outdated but extremely clean and overall a good experience.
