Bed was half made like some one slept in it and then thru the covered back. So I just pulled them on back and spayed the bed with Lysol. The tv didn’t work my friend ended up fixing it for us. I told them at front desk and he stated he would come up and fix it but never did. Then they changed the deposit to 60 instead of 50 I only had 50 on the card I was using so that put me in the negative and I’m haven’t received it back yet so still waiting on that. I love the area because it’s close to airport and when I drive in it’s close enough as soon as I get off the road. Definitely needs to be cleaned better but for the cost it was all good.

Terrible experience, a young lady ran through the front door bleeding profusely from the face area with a angry..hostile man right behind her! The guy at the front desk looked at her…didn’t say a word…he then asked the angry man “what happened to her..” the angry man whispered something in the clerks ear and the clerk simply looked at the female and went back behind the desk

Service sucked, I stood at the counter waiting for someone to come after we checked in for several minutes. All the while I was ringing the bell. The hot tub was broken, the toilet seat in our room was nearly falling off. The windows in our room were so dirty that this morning when the sun came in I couldn’t even see the building next door. There was no continental breakfast as advertised. The room was booked, and secured with a card, but wasn’t supposed to be charged until we checked in. The lobby reaked of marijuana. The back steps leading to the parking lot had trash in the floor, broken plastic forks and who knows what all. Over all this was the worst place I have booked a room in all of my 50 years. I have been a truck driver and traveled all over since 1999.

We arrived at the location around 6pm on Friday 2/20/26. Upon arrival the lobby was empty and the two employees working the front desk were out back smoking. We waited about 10-15 minutes for them to check us in. When booking the stay I was provided an email saying the security deposit was $50.00 and at check in they attempted to charge me $60.00. I showed the email and they changed the price to $50.00 but refused to provide me a receipt after asking for one. Once we got to our room, the hallways were filled with trash bags, the elevator was missing panels and there were screws all over the floor. Coming into our room we noticed the light fixture on the ceiling was missing with the wires exposed and the nightstand drawer handle was broken and missing screws. The floors were dirty and not cleaned. I notified the front desk of the issues and was not given confirmation of notation. When we needed new towels, I went to the front desk to request new ones and was handed a trash bag and told to go retrieve the old towels and bring them back. When I returned with the old towels the employee walked me into the back of the employee area and asked me to take the towels from the storage room. it felt very unattended and the property was overall not cared for nor did it meet the standards of the online listing on Hotels.com and it was posted to be a Super 8 and was not.

My stay at Luxe Studios was extremely disappointing. The shower in my room was broken and the tub was visibly filthy. The overall cleanliness was far below acceptable standards. The building felt unsafe, with people constantly coming in and out and no clear security presence. There was also never anyone at the front desk to address concerns. The experience did not match what was advertised. I would not recommend staying here. You would be better off sleeping in Walgreens parking lot honestly.

The elevator wasn’t working. The people staying there were loud outside in the parking lot and blaring music (I am going to assume they were extended stay customers, just how they acted). Someone let their dog out to run the hallway at midnight. I won’t be staying here again or recommend staying here.
