Unbeatable location. Easy access to everything. Bus stop across the street with service everywhere. Good daily breakfast in lovely rooftop. Clean and quiet room. Rooms are small as typical for Europe. AC didn’t cool room; felt more like a fan. Staff was awesome; super friendly and helpful.

Perfect location, comfortable rooms
I stayed for 3 nights at Hotel San Silvestro with my 14 year old daughter. Before we arrived the staff were very helpful in arranging airport transfers and also with a few enquiries during our stay. We met three of the reception staff and their English is excellent. The rooms were clean and quiet despite being in a busy part of town. Nearly all the main sites are within a 20 minute walk so that made things easy for us. Breakfast was on a roof terrace and a great way to start the day. I’d certainly stay here again!

This is my second time staying at this hotel, and I am so happy that I returned. Chiara and Roberto were very helpful and friendly upon check in and check out. The location is very convenient and walkable to all tourist sites. My room was clean, comfortable, and spacious. I would recommend this hotel, and stay again.

The people at the front desk are very welcoming. The room was small but very clean. My only complaint is the bed was horrible. It was a single hard seemingly old mattress. I had a horrible sleep. I was underwhelmed by the breakfast too.

주요 관광지 도보로 최대 20분이내 가능, 버스정류장, 지하철역도 가깝습니다 직원분들 매우 친절해요 엘리베이터는 2층까지만 있고 3층은 계단으로 연결되어 있지만 직원분들이 짐은 다 옮겨주어서 크게 불편하지 않았습니다. So 친절:) 다만, 룸에 콘센트가 많지않아서 멀티탭 가져가는게 좋아요

Excellent location to view and tour the city. We expected a little more room in the room we stayed in but, we understood that small hotel rooms are common in this area. The toilet would get a sewage smell and the air in the room did not seem to work very well. There was a lady at the desk who came across as rude however the gentleman at the desk made up for her lack of hospitality. We did not understand the extra $16 in Euros that we had to pay in cash. We were told for taxes? Normally, taxes are included in the bill. In the U.S. I would not pay over $800 for two nights in this hotel. Overall we had a pleasant experience and the breakfast offered was very nice. The location was just where we needed to be and the gentleman at the desk was friendly. If you are visiting from the U.S. keep in mind that the shower is so small that you cannot even turn around in it and there are no washcloths offered.

Small Showers
Most of the previous comments mentioned that hotel staff is great and friendly, yes that's true! But the rooms are horribly small, especially the shower. I could not move in the shower. They should apply for Guinness records for the world's smallest shower.
