房间很赞，4人间有两个浴室，还包含早餐，虽然没有电梯但工作人员很热情，就是位置比较偏，拖箱子需要过几座桥，还有空调坏了，8月还是有点热的，床很舒适

Rude service and smoking room

We went to Venice and booked 2 rooms through Hotels.com. We requested non smoking room. However, when we arrived, we found that only 1 room was non smoking. Felt like suffocating in the smoking room. We talked to the hotel manager and he bluntly told us the rooms were full. He could only ask the cleaning lady to put more air spray in the room. The cleaning lady had a better attitude and apologised on the hotel's behalf. It was very stuffy in the smoking room and the overall feeling was just bad. It was very hard staying in a smoking room when one is a non smoker and have allergy to the smoke smell. The place is convenient and it is about 8 mins walk to the Rialto and St Marco.

位置不方便但客房很大

火车站过来2公里 但是很尴尬的一段路程 威尼斯没有车坐 只能步行 而且要拖着行李过桥 太累了 而且地方很难找 会走冤枉路 水上巴士只能到达附近的码头 下来还需要走15分钟 当然 这是在很熟悉地形完全没走冤枉路的情况下了 最后从酒店到火车站坐的水上出租车75欧。酒店房间很大 复式的 二楼除了卫生间其他地方根本用不到 因为觉得灰蒙蒙有点脏 所以不愿意去坐二楼的沙发和椅子 房间没有窗 好在层高比较高 还不算很闷 早餐很一般 选择很少 有wifi 这一点很不错

A lovely place to stay in Venice

The building is beautiful and the staff are lovely. The floor of one of our rooms is wonky but nothing that couldn’t be fixed by chocking up the bedframe. The breakfast was plentiful and the restaurant is divine -highly recommend the seabass ravioli which was the best I’ve eaten in my life. The location was really good, walking distance to everything but far enough away from the chaos.

Excellent & highly recommended!

Loved our huge room 01. It was light & airy & lovely and clean. Nice bed, and we had a lovely canal view. A bonus was we had a kettle and tea tray, very unusual in Europe. We've stayed in different hotels in Venice before & never had one! The bathroom was good except the tiny corner shower, so small and the doors needed fixing, and the shower head needed descaling which we told reception about, it spluttered everywhere, but we did manage. We loved the hotel and the staff were all wonderful. Breakfast was ok, except the "hot" food was always cold. But toast & croissants were good & a BIG Thank You to Shuvo in the breakfast bar, he makes THE BEST cafe latte! The housekeeper kept our room spotless. The hotel is in a perfect location for everything us tourists need to see! Thanks to the manager too, he was very welcoming. We didn't try the restaurant but it did get busy, and it had a pretty courtyard.

We had a great stay here! The location is a bit off the main area, which is a plus for us since the crowds and noise are not as bad. The air conditioner was nice and cold and the water was hot. The shower was tiny, even for European standards, but this hotel had the only smart TV out of our entire European trip. Great breakfast with freshly made coffee and cappuccino! Thanks!

Gem of a hotel in quiet area of central Venice

Lovely gem of a hotel, quietly situated directly on the canal in the Castello area of central Venice. We arrived at Santa Lucia station and jumped on the Vaporetto public water bus - could have got off at Rialto but chose to stay on to San Marco to get the fantastic views down the grand canal and then arriving at San Marco - amazing! From there it’s just over a 10 walk through the backstreets to the hotel. The staff here are so friendly and welcoming - and gave us early check in to one of our rooms at 11am which was ideal. Delighted with our room - it was huge, with windows overlooking the water - and had hot water for shower in the morning. Breakfast was lovely and the restaurant is good too. A lovely place!

NO HOT WATER DURING OUR STAY

Great location and breakfast. The room was ok and both beds were comfortable. AC in the back bedroom did not work. THERE WAS NO HOT WATER. The freezing cold showers were ridiculous.
