Da tristeza como tratan al turismo nacional.
Muy mala experiencia comparado con hoteles de la misma categoria en la zona hotelera... nos negaron la entrada a hacer uso de las instalaciones y del restaurante para el desayuno la habitacion sin toallas para bañarse y despues de mas de 5 llamadas tuve que ir a recepción para qujarme y aun asi tardaron en llevarlas. La comida muy basica pero aceptable. Las bebidas igual. Lo mas lamentable es la actitud del personal de recepcion , camarista y restaurante como si estuvieramos pidiendo limosna, sin nada de actitud de servicio. Quienes se salvan son el bell boy, el pool bar y en el area de snacks, buena su atencion y servicio.

all the workers had bad attitude. we booked an all inclusive room and it showed we didnt when we got there to get our room key. we had proof and shlwed yhem and they still didnt give us our bracelet . one of the work member said we had breakfast included so when we went to get our braclets they said that wasnt included either. overall we got not help. make sure you double check what you get because in the post it say ALL INCLUSIVE and when we got there it wasnt. i asked for someone to sweep the room in the am and we got back in the pm the room was still dirty. they then later brang me the broom for ME to sweep. do NOT recommend

Spend some more money and go to newer or best hotel. The buffet is a joke, drinks are very limited. Rooms are old and not very well maintained (leaking water). The recepcionist looks like he is not happy with his job and we are there to waste his time. I mean it's OK if you pay no more than $100 per day (which is not the case). First experience with Expedia and probably is the last one if the hotels that they sell are like this

The staff was very friendly, helpful, and professional. The property seemed a bit rundown and desperately needing some upgrades, but even without the upgrades there were stains on the walls, missing handles on the balcony door, no hand towels or bath mat. A very nice quiet spot on the beach but lacking these few things made it a tad more than just inconvenient. The buffet menu was mediocre at best and kind of regret having paid for the all inclusive deal as I ended up eating out most of the time.

VALE LA PENA, EL PRECIO ES ACCESIBLE MUY GRANDE, EL AREA DE PLAYA MUY BONITA una vista increíble (FOTOGRAFIABLE😁) LA ALBERCA, TIENE UN ÁREA PARA NIÑOS. SOLAMENTE que el hotel TIENE MUCHAS ESCALERAS POR TODOS LADOS (ES EL ESTILO DE LA CONSTRUCCIÓN) SI LLEVAS MUCHO PESO EN TU EQUIPAJE O SE TE DIFICULTA TRASLADARTE FÁCILMENTE, NO ES PARA TI...SINO SIN PROBLEMAS PUEDES DISFRUTAR. Las condiciones de la habitación son aceptables, aunque si eres exigente no es para ti. Tiene solo 2 enchufes, no hay secadora, el mosaico del baño algo gastado, igualmente las sábanas y almohadas...pero vale la aceptable por el precio.

El todo inluido solo funciona 12 hr /dia La comida peor imposible Las instalaciones con muchas escaleras Solo 1 bar funciona todos los días bien difícil para acceder el de la piscina solo 1 día y de 11-4 pm En la noche nada q hacer No se recomienda para rentar no regreso más acá Tuve q pagar 1200 pesos /día por el todo incluido Además d haber pagado 73 usd / día a Expedía Debieran reconsiderar y hacer alguna devolución. De ese monto pagado Le agradecería A las 12 pm hice el check out y me retiraron el brazalete para poder almorzar es demasiados Espero q Ecpedia devuelva parte del monto abonado en la reserva

Don't do it. If we did it over again, I would pay a little extra to stay somewhere a little nicer. Buffet food wasn't the greatest, pool was fine, beach was great, and beach bar was awesome. Hotel it self was very run down. There was a constant smell that wouldn't go away when you are by the pool/pool bar. And what ever you do, don't go into the bathrooms by the pool (ugh). The staff here are great and were very friendly. It's not their fault the hotel needs a complete redo! Location of the hotel is good, and wasn't to far away from shops/restuarants, about a 10min bus ride.
