This hotel is in the center of the city, walking distance to restaurants. The room is big, beds are comfortable, lots of towels. Parking overnight on the street is free. Check in and out was smooth, everyone spoke English

The stay was good but for parking, its first come first serve and i rnded up getting a spot but then i wanted to leave to go to restaurant but i was told by the re eptionist thatif i left she would re-imburse my $25 because others were waiting. I told her that i paid and i dont want a refund but she said that she couldnt keep an eye out on the lot so that is why i shouldnt leave so i had to stay all night in my room

We booked 3 rooms for the weekend, one room's washroom tub was slippery, one room has a broken couch, it was a bit unsafe as we have kids in this trip. The afternoon to evening counter help is nice though. Location is great pretty close to where we want to go so overalln not the greatest but it was good.

There was disgusting sticky stain on the wall almost everywhere, hair on the bed and the bathroom looks so old and never washed. The parking is a living nightmare, not a lot of options. The employee of our first stay was very rude and didn’t want to help us finding solutions for our payment method. The second one was very nice tho

Chambre et salle de bain insalubre . Il y avait des poils dans le bain , des cheveux dans le lit et substances collante sur le plancher. Matelas creux et inconfortable . Très mal isoler . Nous n'avons pas dormi , plusieurs clients ont fait le party toute la nuit . Le bain tourbillon ne fonctionnait pas, frigo très brillant .Je ne retient rien de positif . Je le déconseille fortement.

We enjoyed our stay very much! We went for the Winter Carnival and we were so pleased with the location to everything. The frony desk staff were great, and very helpful. There is no elevator, but the proximity to everything made up for that. The room was the junior suite which was perfect. Our kids loved the jacuzzi tub. I would stay there again for the closeness to everything! The parking was fine, in the back they did have a huge snowstorm, so it was difficult to shovel our spot, but we were in Canada in February!
