Los horarios del kids club y toboganes abren tarde y cierran a las 6pm, igual que el de la alberca, las cierran a las 7 y el servicio de bebidas a las 6:30, los restaurantes estaban cerrados , solo pudimos entrar al buffet, la comida estaba rica y para varios gustos , el servicio del personal muy bueno, buscan siempre haberte sentir cómodo y bien atendido, mi hijo de 6 años se diviertio mucho en el kids club

Hotel en remodelación

El hotel está en remodelación, no puedes acceder a algunas áreas y hay ruido de constructores. La comida es buena, le hace falta variedad al buffet y es tedioso tener que reservar en los restaurantes de especialidad, pero valió la pena. La vista es increíble y el personal muy amable. Las bebidas alcohólicas bien servidas. Volvería de nuevo pero cuando terminarán la remodelación.

Horrible Hotel

This is an all inclusive resort with horrible food that isn’t edible. Our kids couldn’t eat the food at all. The drinks were all watered down and the there is no carbonation to any of the beverages. We had to go out of the resort to eat. The kids play area for the slide was always closed because they had no staff to work it. Most horrible place to stay. Remember, you get what you pay for. The manager didn’t know how to handle complaints and was very rude. They tried to put us in a cheaper room when we paid for an ocean view. He insisted we were wrong And I showed him the proof in his face. Finally we got the correct room. On arrival the hotel was supposed to send someone to pick us up and we waited for 2 hours in the heat. Kept calling the hotel and they kept saying that they are coming and they never came. We had to get our own taxi to the hotel. No one ever apologized. This is the most horrible establishment. Please Don’t come here you will regret it.

En genera, buen hotel.

Muy buen lugar para vacacionar. En julio hace demasiado calor. El sol pega fuertísimo. La playa es de arenas ardientes, en donde no se puede caminar descalzo. El mar del hotel es mar abierto, de manera que no se puede nadar en él. Lo único verdaderamente malo de este hotel all-inclusive es la comida, tanto en cantidad como en calidad; pero la gente de la cocina se desvive por ayudar.

Wonderful family vacation spot. We will be back! Super fun children’s pool and playground. Very large main pool perfect temperature and with swim up bar. Quick,friendly amazing service at all restaurants and bars. Super clean!!!! Amazing staff all around! Went above and beyond expectations. Really fun activity staff! Food was good. Could find something to eat for everyone. Loved coffee shop. So nice having it all inclusive! Only bummer was beach not swimmable. But beautiful to go on long walks and watch waves.

Food is just edible but not great for sure. Service is not good and some staff were rude. Really have to make sure the balcony door is locked properly. I had to close and reopen a few times to realize that people from outside could open it even locked from inside…Good thing I requested maintenance to repair it. Staff don’t seem to be informed about what’s going on in the hotel. Front desk told me about the show being at the theatre but it was held at the beach instead. Apparently the pizzeria opens every Thursday night 5-9pm but it wasn’t on the app so guests couldn’t reserve in advance like for other restaurants. I asked the front desk but they didn’t even know about that. They told me it’s only opened until 6pm. Anyways management is not doing a good job. Staff is confused. Housekeeping don’t refill the fridge everyday. They don’t pick up dirty towels. The waitress at the coffee station next to the lobby is rude. She loves chatting with Spanish guests and gives me a long face when I ask her for cream for the coffee which weren’t there for two days in a row. She sends me to the bar but the bar tender tells me he doesn’t have that. I get a coffee at the deli but there’s no lid. Why can’t they have a lid? I ask the front desk they send me to the bar again. The bartender again tells me he doesn’t have any. Restaurant Pancho’s needs an hour to serve an appetizer… it took so long for everything that we just left to the buffet instead. Ridiculous

All inclusive was awful. Not one time did my husband and I enjoy any of the food at the property. Only food that was good or decent was on San Lucas.

Very nice resort. Very clean and overall quiet and perfect for relaxing and having a good time. The only downside is that the beach is non swimmable, but still nice to walk on sand. Lots of food options in Buffett style cafe, but not great. As a vegetarian I got tired of the same food. Also, food was not properly labeled, I tasted beans with meat accidentally. My daughter cannot eat gluten and had very little food options. The waiters were excellent, super nice and helpful. We always tipped them. The Asian restaurant was delicious as well as a the Mexican one, the Italian restaurant didn’t impress me, their menu was quite interesting, I was expecting more. I also didn’t like their towel policy. If you misplace your towel card, you are charged $30, it doesn’t make sense. Overall I recommend. I don’t think I would stay again but I prefer to explore other resorts and places.

Food options were limited, it was difficult to get a reservation at any restaurant on the property without booking days in advance. Buffet food was very limited and they often ran out of food (fruits/cereals/main dishes) toward the middle/end of service. Great pools and waterslides for little kids but would pay more to stay somewhere nicer next time

Easy to find hotel. Easy and fast check in and check out. It was nice that they restocked the mini fridge everyday. The buffet hours were convenient and there was always a place open where to get food. We stayed for four nights and the food was pretty much the same every day. Many dishes were made with pork. The pizza bar was nice. The kids pool area was nice for the kids. The only bad thing was a foul smell by the lounge chairs in the kids pool area.

From the minute we arrived it didn’t seem like they wanted American travelers. The last checking us in barely spoke English, didn’t explain anything to us including what our room number was or how to get there. I thought she wrote it down but it was incorrect so I had to come back and stand in line to get the correct room number. The room smelled and apparently our all inclusive package did not include the liquor bottles in the room being filled and only a couple beers a day in the refrigerator. The website made it sound like it had a beautiful beach with activities. It was not a swimable beach or beach to hang out at. No one put together sand volleyball or other activities. It said it had a disco tech but it was just an open floor with some tables and a DJ on the weekends. The food was not great and we didn’t know you had to have an app to make reservations and they needed to be made in advance. One of the restaurants wasn’t even open Saturday and Sunday of Mother’s Day weekend and they didn’t do any special Mother’s Day brunches that we knew of. We did have one amazing pool server who worked hard and was super fun and friendly. Other than that we did not have an enjoyable time and left the resort both nights to find food and activities even though we paid for all inclusive. They also charge an additional night stay to be able to use the pool on check out day if you have a late flight. They were friendly to Spanish speaking individuals but the pool server is the only one who
