Great hotel. Lovely rooms. Beds a bit soft for my preferences, but I understand most people prefer somewhat soft beds.
Breakfast is excellent and it being on the 21nd floor makes it awesome.

The penthouse restaurant and breakfast buffet was second to none when it comes to the view and the food. Clean room, friendly staff, close to the Center of Stavanger.

The hotel is located on the outskirts of the city, and the surrounding living facilities and tourist possibilities are poor, which is a bit inconvenient, but other than that it is very good (the room is large, the toilet is also large, and the large floor-to-ceiling windows provide good lighting).

Great location to arrive & depart by car. Good parking. Nice modern hotel, good restaurant. Great breakfast. Short walk to light rail to go into Bergen Sentrum. But what is it with Norway? No air conditioning in room. Took a while to get cool for sleeping!! Otherwise great hotel.

Thon may have small and simple (but clean) rooms, but they always have the most amazing breakfast. In this hotel also with a very nice view. There is a paid parking garage nearby. Photo from the breakfast table.

On the outskirts of Stavanger but good value for the money. Area right around the hotel is not that attractive but the view from the hotel rooms is fantastic. The breakfast on the 21st floor was excellent too. There is no hotel parking but a public garage nearby with paid parking.

View from the room was amazing which includes the view from the restaurant. The choice of meals however was limited. Being out of the city centre more information around activities and things to do would have been good. The hotel is being renovated and it was clear that rooms had been half done! However, what had been done was of good quality.

The breakfast and hospitality were nice, but I can't say the same for the room cleanliness. The rooms were very dusty. All my clothes were covered in dust. There was a lot of dust on the floors and under the bed.

I reserved one night for a layover trip back to the UK. So ended up booking when I landed at Stavenger. From the moment me and my family arrived we were greeted by Daria and she was absolutely amazing. From booking us in
promptly to going out of her way to make sure we had breakfast packs (as we had to leave before the breakfast start time). She even helped us arrange a taxi when our pre-booked one cancelled. She made our short and sweet stay, stress-free! The hotel and room were of high standard and our room was sufficient for a family of 5. Highly recommend!!!

Great breakfast hotel not up to required standard
Hotel is in a very good area. You need a car to city centre otherwise walking is some distance and not very frequent public transport. No free parking and parking across the hotel with plenty of space to park and reasoable parking prices. Fantastic breakfast on 21st floor with great views of city and lakes nearby. The downside of it was a lack of minimum standard of any hotel like lack of bottle of water to drink. So if you arrive in the evening and need water you need to drive to city to 7eleven, pay parking ticket and buy bottle of water, otherwise drive to nearest petrol station pay double price for bottle of water. Evening receptionist lack of knowledge and engagement. I had a small accident and required first aid, and the hotel first aid kit incomplete and not up to date. Lack of health and safety compliance as a hotel. Also no wadrobe in room and no slippers so bring yours.
