The quality of our stay have been enhanced by one staff Ramon at front office. He is the example of what hospitality means. We rarely get bad service in any hotels we stay in during our travels but what is always lacking is the warmness and the genuine as of the service they provide. Unless you’re in Asia most cities lack this in their staff. Ramon epitomizes the care he gives to guests. He made the shortcomings of an otherwise dated hotel worth returning to !
Having said that there’s also a lot to like - like the easy access to coffee and tea at the lobby. A great location and a very good team of support staff incl. Sebastian of engineering I believe when he helped fix the safe and the finicky room door. I think you really have one big asset and that’s is your team of staff !!! For this we wud definitely come back and recommend friends to this hotel !
