We were only staying a night thank goodness. The cleanliness of this hotel was bad. There was mold in the bathroom, dirty bed linens, broken glass, a cockroach and a dead frog. The location is very confirmed for an early flight but we won't stay here again

this was horrible. we had bugs in our first room. we had bugs in our second room. we complained and they offered to move us again and we declined. our room was not cleaned for a few days while we were there. i would not recommend this place at all.

Superou minhas expectativas…

Gostamos bastante. Pelo preço que pagamos o local é bem simples. Tem de tudo por perto. Redes de gasto food para se alimentar e Room Service no quarto se precisar. Atendentes prestativos. Hotel excelente se vc procura praticidade e simplicidade. Eu voltarei a me hospedar com certeza. Na hora de ir embora é muito próximo do aeroporto e ajudou a fazer a rota até lá tranquilamente.

Cheap price, dirty old hotel

Check in was good, room smelled bad, carpet old, stains on walls and ceiling, room 109..very dated old furniture. Ice machine on 1st floor broken so i had to go to 2nd floor via old rickety elevator. The photos you see online dont match what you get. Photoshop pics...very misleading.

The lobby seemed recently remodeled+clean, the staff member who checked us in was polite and accommodating. The rest of the hotel, including our room, was poorly maintained and did not feel clean/safe. - The room had a terrible musty odor. - Room did not have a functioning lock on door. The lock had mechanical or electrical problems, we struggled to lock/unlock and open/close door. We did not feel safe in our room all night, we were worried that someone could easily break in. (We were very concerned about these red flags, but didn’t report these issues because we had just finished working a long event, it was 11 PM, and we were exhausted. We didn’t have the energy to deal with the hassle of switching rooms.) In addition to the security concerns, several of the amenities were disappointing/unusable: -The pool was closed and filled with murky green water, it was filthy and looked completely neglected. -The hot tub was filled in with concrete. -The "breakfast" consisted of a few old muffins and not much else... we chose to eat elsewhere Overall experience was extremely disappointing, and we did not feel safe or comfortable!

Quick Pre-Cruise Overnight

Quick 1 night stay before leaving out of Port Canaveral the next morning. Check in around 11 pm was easy, friendly staff, but room had strong smell of bleach/cleaner when entering. There was a piece of worn carpet where bathroom connects and exposed tacking that I stepped on. Not bad, but with the low rate and short time there, I may consider staying again.
