Never Again
We called from the airport for the shuttle. We were told the driver was on his way, but it would be 40 minutes, even though the hotel is only a couple miles away. Got to the hotel lobby and there was nobody at the front desk after a few minutes, called the hotel again, and was told somebody would be there in five minutes. got to our room and the remote didn’t work for the TV. I needed to take our meds, but there wasn’t a cup glass anything in the room, but there was a refrigerator of microwave and a stove. No dishes plates no glasses cups no utensils whatsoever. call down and asked to bring up some cups so we could take her meds, and he said it would be a half an hour. Still hadn’t gotten them by the next morning. went down for the breakfast and was given a small bag of mini muffins and our choice of coffee tea or hot chocolate

Dirty with poor management
The room with the check us into was unclean the shower still had soap pieces in it and hair and when we called the front desk to ask them to move rooms they said no because we had already unpacked some of our stuff before we saw the room had been unclean and they said it was probably from us there was trash under the bed and once I started looking at the sheets I don't think that they were clean it was horribly dirty and disgusting. I am traveling for medical purposes with my family and we needed to be here 2 weeks we paid for 2 weeks in advance I am traveling with two small service dogs and upon check-in they accepted copies of their service certificates but this morning management came to my door and said that we had to check out immediately because we didn't have the original document. They're refusing to refund our money and when I argued about it they called the local police department and had me cited for trespassing this is the worst extended stay hotel in Irving with the worst management I have never in my life been more disappointed and disgusted with a Wyndham property.

Weird funky smell
I had a late check in and the smell of cigarettes was lingering in the room and before I enter the building. That or some funky smell upon entering my room. I had to buy a candle to disguise/mask the smell. Also the “free breakfast” included was more of a “grab and go” highly disappointed in that among the other things. Really should give a late check in discount.

Dirty and Rude
Rooms were not cleaned; trash in bathrooms,; sheets on bed not changed; room smelled. I had to be moved to a third room. The staff very rude.

Filthy/ no bfast or coffee/ no airport shuttle
Rooms were absolutely filthy - our group had 3 - all very dingy and dirty - hotel had no breakfast whatsoever or coffee even though they had coffee pots in the lobby- no front desk clerk in the morning so no shuttle was available because there was no one at the front desk to call for it - either physically or by phone call from 430 till 8 AM
