Es increíble que este tipo de lugares cobren lo que cobran ya que es un cuarto que parece de la servidumbre. En verdad por lo que tiene no vale ni siquiera una cuarta parte de lo que cobran. Esta en un gran edificio y muy bien ubicado pero su interior es de dar pena ajena. Un Motel es 3 veces mejor que este lugar. Está ¡Fatal! Tan pequeño y angosto que da pena, casi se pone uno a llorar del coraje que da ver lo que realmente te alquilan. Ni siquiera un hotel de 4a se asemeja a este engaño de hospedaje. La cama está pegada casi a las dos paredes. La parte donde se pone la ropa no es ni siquiera acorde para colgar esta. Es una estructura de metal reducida y muy simple. No tiene cobijas, solo 2 sábanas. Las pide uno y las personas que hacen el aseo por la mañana del área común, te dicen que no hay. La televisión está casi en la cabecera del inquilino, Está empotrada de tal manera que su visibilidad es terrible. La ducha del baño no mide ni siquiera un cuadrado de 55 x 55 cms. El quehacer nunca lo hicieron. Desde mi llegada pretendí cancelar ya que estuve mas de 2 horas pretendiendo hacer el Check in e imposible. Me amenazaron con que no se me reintegraría un solo centavo. Tuve que quedarme en contra de mi voluntad. No hay nadie en persona que te atienda. La parte social es pésima, de muy mal gusto y solo tiene una mesita de 1m2 con tres sillas. Para nada te invita a estar en ella. Para nunca mas volver. Es un engaño total que te lo hacen ver como de la calidad de un buen hotel.

We booked what the hotel had been calling a double room, that is, until we arrived, after which they started to refer to it as a tiny room. The reason being; the double room was absolutely tiny and not at all like the pictures on their advertising. However, this was not the main reason why we didn’t stay: the hotel knew ahead of time that the air-conditioning was not working but did not bother to inform us. The temperature in Madrid on our arrival was in the 30s and being in a tiny room without air-conditioning was impossible. Fortunately, Expedia were able to sort us out with an alternative, although the hotel were unable to help, especially as there is no reception desk at the property. Not a good experience.

Advertisement shows air condition in rooms. Aircon clearly don’t work and haven't worked for quite some time. Communicate with Numa to their response “We know we are having issues with the aircond in several rooms”. Maybe tell this to us before we arrive as it averages 28-30 degrees in the room at all times. Rooms fairly clean but condition bathroom was pretty worn.

2 hours wait due to check in issues
The stay was good but the communication regarding the check was very poor. I did not get my check in link at all initially. I had to call them up when I reached the hotel and ask for the check in link. I had to wait for 2 hours at the main gate to check in as the link they sent did not work at all.

Muy mala experiencia
Muy práctico sistema de entrada y check in en línea. Envío de códigos perfecto para entrar y salir sin llaves. Lo malo es que el cuarto es demasiado pequeño. Se oye todo lo que hace el vecino de arriba. Cada vez que va al baño, cuando suena su alarma muy tempranos, etc. La regadera no tiene soporte, hay que detenerla con la mano por lo que la ducha es demasiado incómoda y se gasta mucha más agua. Estoy en pleno verano y el aire acondicionado no funcionaba. Al no haber personal presente, la comunicación fue excelente por whatsapp y muy amables las personas con quienes se transfería el problema cuando el automático no comprendía. PERO estas personas que no se donde se localizan, no pudieron resolver el problema y solo perdí una tarde esperando. Después me dijeron amablemente que para compensar un poco me dejaban salir a las 13:00 hrs en vez de a las 11:00. Después me llegó este mismo ofrecimiento de manera automática que se hace a todos los huéspedes, independientemente de si tienen problemas o no. Y para terminar no ofrecen servicio de limpieza diaria como se hace en cualquier hotel. No hay relación entre el precio y el servicio. El costo es como de un hotel de mejor categoría

The property was clean, soaps and lotions were provided, the digital communication worked well, and it is in a good area. They also had a good suggestion for a ride to the airport, which we used. I recognize this is a Pension, but the three-star rating is because the room is very small, and the rates are way overpriced: over $300.00 for a Saturday night. After getting there, I realized that a 4-star hotel, Villa Real, 150 meters from the location, had true 4-star rooms and services for about the same price. We won't use this brand again, due to such small room sizes and overpricing.
